More efficient way to send past emails to timelineImplemented

I would love to see a better method of sending older/past emails to timeline that didn’t require going to the link to drafts and manually assigning them, because our exec’s are just being introduced to this feature and would like to be able to send older but important emails from before we began using Timeline to timeline. It would be great for accounts to have an email “address” assigned to use in the”to” field and send the email directly to the timeline using the same bcc field entry as when recording new emails that are sent to clients.Catching up on the important emails from the past if very time consuming when first using timeline and trying to get it up to speed on past emails.

Clicking "Add" on C360 Related List take you to SFDC Classic, even if you're in LightningImplemented

Hello, When I am in the SF Lightning experience, and click on 'Add' on a C360 related list, it takes me to a record create page, but in Classic. Is there anyway I can default this to always open in Lightning?

Managing Rounding issues in the MDAImplemented

Hello all Dropping this more as a solution, but would love to see a better productized resolution as well. I have run into issues where I need non-rounded values returned in my rule results, but there is no way to truncate or force that behavior within any of the data or transformation tasks. Even if you push a value with a decimal into a field with no decimals, it will still round based on normal math rules (4 or less is down, 5 or more is up). Examples of data this affects: [list] [*]Time, especially when thinking about hourly billing (if I needed to convert from seconds to a HH:MM:SS format) [*]Curreny [*]Date differences [/list] However, I have found a way to capture that value within an MDA table, which may result in needing more than one rule to realize the solution, but offers flexibility with data types and results. You will need: [list] [*]Fields [list] [*]These will come in pairs [list] [*]One for the decimal value [*]One that is a calculated field [list] [*]

Closing CTAs from RulesImplemented

I'm wondering if anyone has had success closing CTAs via a rule since the February 2017 release. This is the first time I've attempted this, and my rule is stuck in a run state. I have a ticket open with Support, but it had to be escalated to L2.  I am looking to understand if this is how I've setup the rule or if it is something in our configuration.

Posting to Timeline from RC forecastImplemented

There doesn't seem to be a way to add timeline entries from the RC forecast page. Is that intentional? I think renewal managers would benefit from being able to create timeline posts from here.

Mass edit success plan typeImplemented

Hello, Can we have the feasibility added in our Product road-map to change the Success- Plan type if someone mistakenly created it, so that it doen't impact the reporting and objectives at the same time ensuring less manual effort. Thanks ~Shiv

Surveys C360 - more than just NPSImplemented

The Survey option in C360 right now only allows visibility to the NPS survey. We are looking to send other surveys out via GS and would like to be able to easily displays the responses to these as well. We really like how easy seeing the responses is for NPS, and it would be great to be able to apply this to any survey that is sent out

Enable links in shared success plan objectives for customers.Implemented

It would be great if we could enable links for use by customers when they are included in the objectives of a shared success plan, as currently they are read-only. For example; if we include a link to a resource in our help center in a shared objective today, the customer is unable to click the link, or even highlight the url (highlighting description text is an all or nothing experience currently). This means that the customer would have to enter the url manually, or copy the whole of the description, then paste it somewhere, and then re-copy the url, and paste it into their browser. This is not an ideal experience. I understand that some customers may wish to use internal-specific links in their objectives, so were this to be implemented, ideally "enable links" would be a toggle, so that you could control which plans or templates contain customer-usable links, and which dont.

Feedback from the customer: Timeline (Seismic)Implemented

Little clicks that could be better. Timeline entry, 3 dots > Share Link, a pop up, THEN click Copy – how about just a copy button for 1 click Exporting all timeline. I can copy individual entries (the spacing is too big, always drives me nuts, I have to edit after pasting), but to do all entries at once, there is no way. For instance, I want to filter to Milestone type, and copy out all of those to share with a senior leader or sales. Or all Risk items. Or all emails. Can’t do it.

Allow multiple Relationship C360 sections on one layout and select Relationship types for each sectiImplemented

We're discussing rolling out some additional Relationship types in Gainsight and would like to be able to have a separate C360 section for each one of our Relationship types. We're currently using Relationships for Projects and will potentially be adding a Product Relationship type. It would be much more user friendly to be able to have separate Projects and Product C360 sections. Ideally you should be able to add multiple sections and select what relationship types load into each section.

Success plan default ordering in "More Plans"Implemented

When you look at the list of ongoing success plans, it appears that the default order is dictated by creation date, meaning that plans still active that should have been closed—but haven’t been—would appear first before the actual current plan. Ability to move a Success Plan back to Draft StatusImplemented

We have instances where a CSM has made a success plan active ststus and is then looking to move it back to draft do to a customer change. Currently there is not the ability to move a success plan from active back to draft, so a CSM will have to delete the plan and recreate it to get it into Draft status

Allow more date options for Timeline Activities logged from Sally slackbotImplemented

Currently you can only select Today, Yesterday and the 5 days prior when logging a Timeline Activity via Sally. The idea is to allow a calendar box to select any date similar to the behavior when logging a Timeline Activity in Gainsight directly. Scorecard Snapshot also include comments on the MeasuresImplemented

Hi! Didn't see another post so thought I'd post this idea. I think it would be great if the Scorecard Snapshot feature could also take a snapshot of the comments that are entered onto the Measures themselves. Specifically, for our use case, this would be in regards to the Sentiment score that our CSMs are entering. We have them update sentiment after a business review and enter any comments they find relevant. However, we can only report on the current sentiment comment and can't see how those have changed or if there were actions being completed due to the comments. It would provide more insight on how the sentiment is changing than just the score itself as we could then drill down on the details. Let me know if this is a good idea or not of course!

Renewal Center - All Analyze reports should include the Opportunity Detail View linkImplemented

As we have people getting more familar with Renewal Center, I’ve seen a request come in that the table view for all of the reports on the Analyze tab should include the edit/detail view button found in all of the action cards and the forecast tab. This would allow for faster adjustments if a user runs across an error.

View CSAT Response in Sally (Slack Integration)Implemented

Hey,We are receiving Sally notifications whenever a user completed a CSAT survey. The next obvious step would be to view the actual response attached to that notification, but right now this is not possible. We would very much like to request enhancing the Sally integration by providing the full response to that notification, so we can quickly and easily get this information. Best,Tal

Accurately display annualized revenue on the Summary Tile in C360Implemented

We are using the field "Annual Revenue" on the Summary tile and have noticed that even when the dollar amount is in millons, Gainsight displays it with a 'K" for example "52,000,0000" as indicated in Salesforce is represented in Gainsight as "52,000K" but rather should be preresented by an "M" for million. This display is not as intuitive and can be misleading for users when viewing the tile. In particular this product enhancement request emereged as we are expaning Gainsight to our SE (Sales Executive Account Team), and annual revenue is a field that is critical to represent accurately as it may dictate decisions on contract negotations and current state/ROI conversations. There is risk if the field is misleading in how it is displayed or how it is interpreted.

Timeline Entry: User bubble icon not color codedImplemented

In the Global cockpit, the CTA owners are distinguished wtih the user’s initials PLUS various colored bubbles (see attached).  Would be useful if these same color coded initials would be displayed on Timeline entries (see attached screenshot).

Ability to have multiple selection of activity types for emails logged to timelineImplemented

We have an activity of Monthly Outreach that we log for customers, often it is an email that we send. If we use the email to timeline we cannot designate that as an activity of Monthly Outreach too. Could it be possible to have multiple activities tied to one timeline entry?

Adding .xlsm as an attchment to TimelineImplemented

Team, with one of our new BU's using Gainsight the question arose around attching a .xlsm file to the timeline. This appears not to be supported, can you pleas eprovide an update ont his or if thereis a plan to do this. Tpday, the team uses a file to do their QBR's and then wants to attch this to the Timeline. Unfirtunately we are not able to do so. It doesn't help to save it as a different format as we need the .xlsm file in order to auto ccalcualte fields. Can you pelase provide a solution for this?

Need adjustable height in C360 Embedded report using visual force pageImplemented

Remove "time" option when logging Timeline activities via SallyImplemented

Currently when logging a Timeline activity via Sally you have to enter both a Date & Time. The idea is to remove time from being required and have it default to 12 am to align with the behavior when logging a Timeline Activity in Gainsight directly. This would free up much needed real estate on the logging form and make it more efficient for end users (less clicks). Hi Team, Is there any chance of adding multiple font in the Snapshot editor? And future plans or ability to define RGB or hex colours in it? One of my customer is looking to support font as ""Century Gothic"and the pallet available is a bit too limited.
