It would be beneficial to be able to schedule a recurring outreach on the "Last Day of the Month" in Copilot. Since each month has a different number of days, a month-end email cannot be easily scheduled using the existing options based on numeric day of the month (my assumption being that choosing 31st would skip months with 28, 30 days) or weekday (last Monday of the month could be up to a week before month-end).
We kicked off our Customer Success Weekly Webinar series with a session on CoPilot Best Practices this morning. If you missed it, you can watch the recording here. [CISCO ENHANCEMENT REQUEST] Ability to assign "NULL" value to fields in Rules Engine/Business LogicImplemented
The current Rules Engine does not allow you to null out a field value in a Load action; we are having to create dummy fields called "NULL" and explicitly map that NULL attribute to a target attribute, resulting in a lot of garbage fields
Scorecards - Detailed view as defaultImplemented
On the C360 Page, it would be ideal for us Admins to set the default scorecard view. I'd rather use the Detail view than the Historical View. In the past this was the opposite but as requirements change, I realize this would be helpful to set it the same for all regardless of which one we want to use when training new users.
Customer is trying to use a rule to set the "Milestone Enabled" field to "True". I know there is a limitation in which you cant load to GS objects using rules engine and that would be our preferred way of setting this automatically.
At this time, the Rules Engine will not allow users to close Relationship CTAs that meet certain criteria, in the same way that we can close Account CTAs. Our customers would love to be able to schedule CTA deletion rules in their environment. Thanks!
Please add the option to roll up data as Average, Sum, Min, Max, etc. to the Hierarchy view. Our specific use case is Average Health Score for subaccounts in the Hierarchy, but there are other cases such as max # of users, max account value.
As an administrator of Rule Chains, I need to be able to quickly move Rules around in the dependency hierarchy. Today, I can only do that by deleting the Rule in the Rule Chain then add it again under a different parent Rule. If the Rule I'm moving has subordinate Rules, this creates lots of work. Being able to drag and drop entire hierarchies (by way of dragging the parent Rule) would be more efficient. This could allow me to not only change the parent but move a branch of the hierarchy to a higher or lower level.
Goal: Provide insight into the frequency of activity and interaction with Contacts at an account and internal team members. Create a preconfigured rule to perform the following calculations to compose a prebuilt "Interaction" Score for each Account. * Examine the Activities object. Count the number of Activities for each week and create a relative score for the Account. * Offer an option to push the count of Activities into the Usage object * While not all companies will be logging their emails into SFDC, I'm sure quite a few are. * This could be extended to Tasks - many teams do use SFDC tasks, and though there could be some false positives due to mixing in the Sales persona, it is still a nice indicator for "Touch" at an account. * The only feasible option today is to create a calculated field to come up with a monthly calculation, but obviously you won't have trend.
I just wanted to share this with the community. When you export a report from Gainsight, Excel doesn't recognize dates properly, meaning they don't get sorted properly. You can force Excel to see the cell as a date if you click into the cell and hit enter, but what if you have thousands of rows? Luckily, there's an easy way to fix this problem: 1) Highlight the column you want to fix 2) Click the 'Text To Columns' button on the Data Ribbon (see screenshot Here ) 3) Select Delimited option, then click Next 4) Make sure no checkboxes are selected, then click Next 5) Select the Date option for Column data format, then click finish Viola, your selected cells are now seen as dates by Excel! Hope that tip saves some time for you guys.
timeline log action reminderImplemented
We started using the Gainsight Timeline feature last week, and it’s super. We are heavy Activity log users in Salesforce, and this nice, clean, saveable interface for taking all those notes works well. Thanks very much. The only thing that’s missing is that when we Log an Activity screen in Salesforce there was the option at the bottom of the screen to, at the same time, log an Action reminder for yourself, and give it a due date, etc. Would it be possible to do this, or anything like this, directly from the Timeline note logging feature? Thanks!
Today, there are lots of clicks to consume the comments data from surveys (outside of the NPS feed that shows the NPS comments in one feed). Often, this can be some of the most valuable input from surveys. Need an easier way to see the comment details on a specific customer or a specific survey.
While it is a good improvement to have report folders in the report repository, these folders are not available in the dashboard view. As we have dozens of reports on the same object, it is hard to remember which one has the data we want. It would be helpful if switching to a folder view, inheriting the folder structure in the repository, in addition to the object view in order to find the reports you want.
It's difficult when you're testing/troubleshooting to correlate the action results from the rule execution log, especially when there are duplicate customer names, etc. Unless there is a setting I've overlooked - would be helpful to have the ID mapped to each line in each action tab for faster mapping. When viewing a scorecard, I am constantly filtering the full list of clients based on the attribute showing on the scorecard (ie- usage scores above/below a certain amount, contract value above/below certain amount, etc) to get a specific set of clients that all have the same attributes. Sometimes I want to export this list, but when I click the export button, it doesn't apply the filters I had just set, it exports the full list- which isn't ideal.
