Inline Generic Survey Question feedbackAcknowledged

Have recently started using inline survey questions more for generic surveys, and have some feedback.There’s not a way to manipulate the font of the survey question, so it winds up not matching the font of your email template and can look poorly formatted.  Would love to be able to configure to use the same font as the template.  With the different available options of formatting, we’ve received feedback that it’s difficult to know where to click for the question response.  For example, the one with the colored boxes requires you to click on the text of the response and not just in the box. It’s not clear on the Program Details page that the question has to have a control type of Radio in the survey set up in order to be used in the program.  Might be good to add that as a tool tip somewhere.

In the November 19’ release notes it was mentioned Gainsight integrates with Tableau. Our company utilizes Power BI so curious to know if it’s on the road map to integrate with Power BI?

Does an Admin have the ability to edit a Timeline entry that they didn't create?Acknowledged

I’ve been reading through a few posts about this and wanted to ask the question to confirm - can an Admin edit (change selections to dropdowns and other content) in a Timeline entry that they didn’t author?If so, how?Thanks!

Ability to Edit Success Plan Fields via Rules EngineAcknowledged

While it is possible to create a  new success plan via the rules engine, it would be great to be able to update it or the Success Plan table as well. This would allow us to keep users in one place instead of having to jump back and forth between systems to make sure they have the most up to date information.    Additionally, this would allow us to add additional details to a Success Plan and how it is tracking towards completion based on how we define progress (weighted values for each  Objective)

Editing an existing CTA to be recurringAcknowledged

Hi, is there currently the option to edit a CTA so that it is recurring, or edit an existing task to be recurring? To clarify, this is for CTAs configured at the Relationship level. We'd want to edit the CTA and/or Task so that it recurs on a weekly basis.

Scorecard Trend Indicator is misleading and should be configurableAcknowledged

Looking at our Scorecard Mass Edit report it appears as if all scores are trending flat. Monitor status of ZenDesk connectorAcknowledged

Due to an issue we have observed with our feed of ZenDesk tickets into GainSight we asked if there was any way we could monitor or check on status for the connector from our side (admins / non GS employee) and apparently there is no such thing available. It would be useful for admins to be able to check on status of the connector as well as an "activity log" to see what has been done by the connector and identify issues early on rather than end users uncovering the issue and reporting it back to us.

Option to not display inactive picklist fields even if grayed outAcknowledged

Seems across the product if we make a picklist value inactive it will still show in the dropdown but grayed out. This request is to have it not show at all. The below is in NXT when adding a field to the CTA object that references a drop down list. When I add that field to the CTA view, the inactive values still show.

Color option for the Success Plan ObjectivesAcknowledged

Currently there is no way to identify a High (Red), Medium (Yellow), or Low (Green) color for the success plan objectives.  It would be nice to have this in the objective/gannt chart sections to reflect the items that are trending a specific color.  It would also be nice to have a way to sort and filter on the specific colors.

make specific timeline activities stand outAcknowledged

It would be great to be able to make specific Timeline entries stand out or pinned to the top. Many times there is an entry with notes about the customer such as Important info about key players or information that an executive might need to know before they meet with someone. Another idea would be to color code different type of entries so they can be easily identified.

Allow Dynamic Thank You Page in SurveyAcknowledged

With reviews of a company being so important in this social media/digital age, it would be great if we could apply logic or conditions to the Thank You page at the end of the survey (when the customer hits the submit button).Use case would be: a customer leaves a 5 CSAT or a 9/10 NPS and when they click on the submit button, they would be redirected to Google Review, Yelp, G2, etc. All other ratings would just be shown the general Thank You page.Since the customer is already in the moment and mindset of leaving us a feedback, it would be great to provide them with a option to leave us a review immediately after.Obviously, we could do that with JO. Send a follow up email after a survey is submitted, but often a customer might not see that follow-up email or go to their inbox after completing the survey.

Cockpit: Allow for an abridged version of the CTA or Task Comments fields to show in List ViewAcknowledged

Improve Email Bounce List and Email ValidatorAcknowledged

I’m turning what was originally a question, into a product request so it can be voted on:  I also want to call out @caffeinatedadmin s suggestion post on the topic here: https://community.gainsight.com/members/caffeinatedadmin-4657  The issue, essentially, is GS customers share sending IPs with other GS customers (as I understand) so if someone in my IP cohort isn’t good with using operational emails that can cause problems with my contacts. There’s no visibility into this or any real way for admins to do anything if they now have “bad contacts”. Email validator is a clunky and not particularly robust or effective solution.

No branding ability in success plan sharing.Acknowledged

Posting on behalf of a customer. Currently you can't brand the success plan email that gets sent to contacts when you share the plan like you can with email templates. Ability to Close a Task via RulesAcknowledged

Currently you can only create a rule to close a CTA, but we have a use case that we are looking to use that looks at a field and closes a Task depending on the population of said field.

Ability to merge contacts within one account?Acknowledged

I’m using the NXT version of CS and am looking to merge two contacts listed under one account.  Occasionally our clients will update their email addresses, so we’ll have two separate contacts (one current and one that’s outdated) that represent the same person. We don’t want to just delete the old one and lose all of the activities they were part of. Ex. customer@abc.com changed their email address to customer@xyz.com, want merge the two so that @xyz.com will be associated with all historical activities @abc.com was part of, and then be able to delete @abc.com Is there a way to accomplish this in NXT?

Timeline: Task InteractionAcknowledged

Would be great to be able to interact with tasks more in Timeline.  So, currently, I can only mark a task as completed.  Would be great for that section to expand and show the current fields on the task so that more info could be included without having to leave Timeline. Example: We have an activity type for Training.  One of my follow up tasks for for a completed training is to check on usage a week after the training.  I would like to be able to add a description of what that usage looked like as well as marking the follow up as completed.

Request: Holiday Support for Data and Rule FiltersAcknowledged

Apologies if this is a duplicate, but I didn’t see something specific to this. Gainsight supports date range filters, and in rules you have weekend and weekday differentials. I would like the ability to filter in reporting (including data designer) and schedule in Rules and Programs around holidays.To be effective, this would need to be dynamic, as not all holidays have a fixed day of the month or range they start on. I could see this needing some user input, where they as a one time upload a sort of “holiday calendar” of dates they want to include, or GS just does it natively, which is ideal. The idea behind this is you may not want rules to run on certain holidays. You may also want to filter for certain holidays on reports of say, support tickets to know if you have more/less tickets on holidays. For programs, maybe you want to send a campaing that is targeted around a holiday or not not hit certain holidays. Those are just a couple minimal examples but I’m sure there are other use

Change task layout based on CTA typeAcknowledged

It is currently possible to update the layout of CTAs based on CTA type, and it's also possible to update the layout for tasks to display custom fields, however it is not possible to specify different layouts depending on the CTA Type the task is applied to. [b]It would be a great improvement to be able to define a task layout based on CTA Type.[/b] [b]Use case:[/b] I have a customer who would like to have a Success Criteria field on Objective tasks only, so that they can document success criteria at both the Objective and Task level. This is not possible without adding a Success Criteria field to ALL tasks. Our work around is to add the Success Criteria in a dedicated section of the Task layout (titled: For Success Plan Tasks Only), however this is not an optimal solution; it is confusing for new employee adoption, and may become an issue if they add GS licenses for other groups.

CRON expressions options within Journey Orchestrator - Sync schedule settingsAcknowledged

I would like to request the ability to add CRON expressions for same day recurring syncs within Journey Orchestrator program schedule settings. We are currently utilizing multiple programs and/or queries to accomplish this as a work around but it would be great if this were built it.  Even if not CRON expressions, but to have a way to have a program sync on a schedule more than one time per day.

Required CTA field on creationAcknowledged

Right now you can mark a CTA field as mandatory for when you close but I got a request from a customer to have the requirement when you create a CTA manually. The use case is to have CSMs be required to enter or select a Product from a picklist when creating or updating of a CTA or Objective.

Horizon Analytics - KPI Widget - Goal & VarianceAcknowledged

Hello Team,  I don't have words to explain my gratitude for the planning and effort you guys put into Horizon Analytics. As one of your people said, Horizon Analytics is still a new born; hence, we all will contribute to add more meaningful functionalities which will make the app even more attractive.  I can see as per this idea you have enabled the Goal and Variance feature on the KPI Widgets. I feel the issue here is that the goal can only be set as a "Static Value”. Please correct me if I am wrong.  I really think that the system must allow the admins to dynamically set the Goal value. Allowing the admins to map a field to the Goal field of KPI widgets will enable the admins to make use of the KPI widget in wide range of reports/dashboards.

Admin Ability: More options to configure GS AlertsAcknowledged

We have more and more needs for non-CTA “Alerts” to our users and the current mechanism is not scalable to have CSM’s required to click “follow” on each of their accounts.Could we find a way to mass enable “notifications” for CSM’s and auto-follow the accounts they are assigned to? tl:dr More admin control of notification settings for users and ability to mass “follow” accounts based on assignment to make notifications more relevant and useful
