Have a Known Issue Tracker for GS bugs (not suggestions)Not Planned

I know some topics have “Known Issue” in the subject, but can there be a GS staff moderated tag or something where we peons can view what the known bug issues are? I had one come up today, and asked in the support chat if it was a known issue and it was. So that was easy to move on with my life, but if there was an easy way to check first before having to use support resources that would be killer. If there is one, please roast me and let me know where it is.

ability to prevent inactive picklist values being used in activity syncNot Planned

Multiple owners for CTANot Planned

I have often come across Customer asks - If they can assign a CTA to more than one owner? At times more than one team are involved during customer journey and even though the playbook tasks can be assigned to different owners but also CTAs need to have more than one owner from respective teams.Is there any roadmap for this in near future?

Filtering on CTA from TimelineNot Planned

We’d like to filter on the timeline for activities related to CTAs.  So, I just want to see my activities that are context name CTA.  I think the only option is to use a report.  Does anyone have a better way to do this?

Survey Response Re-assignmentNot Planned

As an admin and user, in case of an erroneous send or potential account deletion, I would like the ability to change the Account/Company a survey response is associated with. In our case, a manually fed JO Program was provided with improper ORGID’s for the contacts.  As a result, we have reports of survey responses associated with the wrong AccountWhile we Admins are aware of all of the backend dependencies within the Gainsight MDA, this seems like a product limitation if support cannot even process a request.

Data Designer: More "Case Field Builder" Operators PleaseNot Planned

As a Gainsight Admin, I would like to perform Case-based conditions within my dataset in Data Designer in order to perform a simple % calculation but I am only allowed the following Operators: Equalsnot equal tois null is not nullCan we please consider adding “Contains” or “Does not Contain” on the short roadmap in order to handle long product name strings? In the same breath, is it possible to please have the ability to add custom fields to objects created by Data Designer? This would solve for the need above.

Report Builder: Wrap Text at the Column levelNot Planned

Would be very helpful to select columns in tabular reports where you could wrap text,  especially if the Column Headers names are longer than the data that resides in the column. {Posting on Behalf of the customer}- Zendesk Connector(Horizon) doesn't pull latest CommentsNot Planned

Hey Team,We noticed that the new Zendesk Connector doesn’t pull important fields such as Latest comments and Resolved date as they aren’t a part of the Zendesk Tickets Collection. These are important fields and useful in increasing the functionality of the Connector in comparision to the previous Zendesk Connector. Do let us know if this is something that can be pursued in the product.

Trigger task completion based on custom fieldNot Planned

Hello fellow GS admins, In an attempt to make CTAs and tasks a bit more suitable for a project management use case, we added a new custom field to the task object, called “Completed 0%”. This is a drop down field, and the user will manually select the value. The question is, is there a way to mark a task completed by selecting the “100%” value in the dropdown field? Allowing SFDC objects in tokens under SS 2.0Not Planned

SAML Config is not getting carried over to new Sandbox via Tenant CopyNot Planned

Team,Currently, we are not carried SAML Configuration over to new Sandbox. So few of client have a process to require SSO login via SAML, So it is tough for client to re-create SAML everytime after the refresh. Can we consider this asset to be part of the Tenant Copy in future release.

Survey - Admin UX : Add ability to reorder survey pagesNot Planned

When you are building the survey, it would nice to be able to drag the pages to change the order. I know you can drag the questions to a different page, but if you have a lot of questions on one page, it would be easier to just drag and drop the whole page.

Limitation on sharing Success plansNot Planned

When sharing success plans with contacts, should a Relationship success plan pull all Account level contacts or do they need to also be tied to that specific relationship.This is because the customer do not want to have any contacts in Relationship person object as it would cause issue with BCC to Timeline.

Allow the feasibility to prevent duplication of comments for load to milestone ruleNot Planned

Hi Team, Posting this on behalf of a customer for an enhancement request.When we create a load to milestones rule and if the criteria of the rule is matched in next scheduled runs, then the comments are duplicated and there is no way to prevent these just like how we do it for load to CTA ruleFor load to milestones:If we look at other action like load to CTA we were given an option to prevent duplication of comments like shown below:For load to CTA: This would become problematic as we can’t control duplication of comments within the product.

Make count fields hyperlinked to data its counting in Report BuilderNot Planned

In Report Builder, when you create a report and do a Group By, it would be immensely useful if the ‘count’ field can be hyperlinked and/or clickable to show the data they are counting/aggregating.In the example below, I created a report that shows # of specific timeline entries by quarter.  We would love if the count fields can be clickable/hyperlinked to show the data its counting (similar functionality when you create a widget or click on a chart) Although this report provides good visibility for Managers and CSMs, there is an additional appetite to take a deeper dive into the data that is being aggregated.  Our current workaround is to provide a ‘deep dive report, that is basically the same as the above report, minus the aggregation

Ability to Move CTA Statuses between TypesNot Planned

Currently, if you set up a CTA status under a certain CTA type- you can’t reuse this status name (even if you make it inactive) or move it to another type of CTA if you hadn’t put it under “All” initially. Use case is: I had created an “in progress” status for one CTA type that we didn’t think would apply to all. I now want to use that same status name for another type, but am unable to because that name is used in the one type. Even if I make it inactive in the first CTA type to push it to type=ALL, I am still unable to use that name in the new type.

Ability to use Contains Operator with Fields in Rules EngineNot Planned

Rules Engine only allows you to use the Contains operator with Values, not Fields: Options for Value​​​​​​Options for FieldIt would be very helpful if we could use the Contains and Does Not Contain operators when using fields fields because there are some cases where we want to look at a larger string or text area value and see if it contains or does not contain another field. For example, if I had String A and String B and want to see if A contains B.  I can see this being useful for filters as well as case expressions. If there is a current workaround for this, I would love to hear about it!

Last Modified Date on Activity?Not Planned

Is there a way to display the activity’s Last Modified Date on the activity itself? There are times when csms return to an activity and update it and it would be nice to know just by looking at the timeline view (I know this field is accessible in reporting).

Success Plan Close Date FlexibilityNot Planned

Currently, you have the ability to adjust the Start Date and Due Date on individual Objectives within Success Plans. Unfortunately, you do not have the ability to adjust the Close Date for Objectives though. Currently, Close Dates are controlled by checking off the Objective within Objectives or the Gantt Chart - and cannot be applied to previous dates. Additionally, if you accidentally uncheck an Objective and need to re-close it, you are not able to keep the previous Close Date. I can give a few use cases of when it would be helpful to be able to manually adjust the Close Date of an Objective or Task within: [list] [*]If one of our Consultants are on a site visit, and they accomplish a number of tasks within the Success Plan, but do not have the time to check these off until they are back in the office a few days later. currently, the Close Date (when the task was completed) would be inaccurate. [*]If we are sharing a Success Plan with one of our clients to manage our project plan,

Some CSMs continue to use Evernote / Onenote / Trello etc for note taking because Timeline requires an internet connection to access.. (web and mobile) To stop notes being taken outside of Gainsight, can we create a solution to allow offline note taking within the C360 page.

Create custom currency fields in Data DesignerNot Planned

I’m using Data Designer to create forecast reports. In doing so, I have a number of case statements to determine the forecasted dollar amount. Currently, the only field type options are String, Number and Boolean. It would be great to have Currency as an output option.

Allow to control how many CTAs can fireNot Planned

We would love the ability (at times) to control or enter how many CTAs we would like to fire, mainly when we are testing new email templates and playbooks.  Use Case:AB Testing: We find ourselves doing more AB testing to validate if CTAs and/or engagements are providing value to our customers.  When we do these AB type of testing, we would like the ability to fire a batch of CTAs with one playbook/email templates and another batch with another set of playbooks/email templates.  Right now, we have to manually go into the rule and fire the CTAs either based on CSM or Company Name starts with ‘A’ in order to get a subset of CTAs to fire.   Ideally, if we can somehow have functionality in the rule where we can state how many CTAs we would like to fire on the Actions section, it would make life so much easier for these types of test.
