On a Pie Chart, the legend is way too far away from the chart. Need the ability to adjust the location of the Legend.
Global Filters Timing OutImplemented
When global filters are selected, after some time (about a month or so) dashboard errors will start showing stating that there was an error fetching data. A workaround is to have users clear filters and re-apply, but this isn’t a desired behavior. It would be great if this was able to be fixed, especially since this would be a harder workaround for locked filters.
I am doing some reporting for our CSAT-style survey questions and hitting some confusion charts. The question itself can yield one of five possible numeric answers: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Therefore, the maximum average value of a group is 5.00. However, when making a report where the average is above 4.00, the report shows a max y-axis range of 6. This is silly and something I would like to change. Does anyone know how to set a specific value range for the y-axis in a column graph? Per the above, I would like to to be min of 1.00 and max of 5.00 (depending on the data, I might even do a min of 3.00 if I am feeling crazy). Thanks for the help as always!
Add to report repositoryImplemented
Would love to see the following columns in the report repository - where used - not just “dashboards” but which one so you can filter/group. Basically the items in the drop down for each would be great to have as columns (or have the admin choose what fields to view and have it stick).
Ability to Expand Reporting WindowImplemented
in Gainsight Reporting, it appears that you can enlarge a window due to the expander at the bottom right, but that you cannot.
As a Gainsight admin, I’d like the ability to send weekly email reports to each CSM in our organization. These reports would be specific to each CSM. CSMs currently have to log in and enable these reports themselves. Current Workflow: Admin creates filter for each CSM User creates and bookmarks report from filter User sets email schedule for report Having an admin enable these reports would save our CSMs time and reduce the amount of duplicated effort. It would also be nice to not have to create a filter for each CSM.
It would be great if we have functionality to edit drill down field labels in Reports. I would like to give a common use case with reference to this :When we chose field names like ‘Name’ from several drill down fields, it is difficult for end user to understand whether it’s a CSM/Owner/Manager Name.
Hi Team, We are unable to rename the drilldown columns which is creating confusion for the bussiness at some times ,Please find the below screen shot. Here if we see we took the name from different Look ups, But it is showing the column names commonly as Name
Embed Pages in Gainsight Home DashboardsImplemented
It would be great to replicate the Embed Page functionality that we have on the C360 on Gainsight Home Dashboards. Then we can incorporate the same benefits of displaying these pages for one customer, across multiple customers (like incorporating BI Dashboards with our data/reports).
Ordering of Field Values in Report BuilderImplemented
I love the new Custom Colors option in report builder. I think its a big step forward! It would be stellar if we could also select a custom ordering for field values (eg select the order they'd be displayed in a stacked column or on the X-axis). For example, we have a field with values "Green", "Lime", "Yellow", "Orange", and "Red". I'd love if I could customize the ordering of field values so they actually appear in that order in a stacked column. Currently, they display as G/L/O/R/Y I have a similar example for our customer segments. I'd love to be able to display the field values in a High tough to low touch progression, instead of a scattered progression based on the alphabetical order.
Add Data Labels to Double PieImplemented
Currently, the only way to show % or value on a double pie visualization is to hover. I’d like to see data labels representing the % or value (#, $ etc.) to the chart. In submitting this case to support, the response was that they key can only apply to single pie, but what I’d primarily like to see are labels inside the pie slices. A key would be an additional nice to have at top left and top right for each pie.
Section Headers in DashboardsImplemented
It would be useful to have the ability to configure sections within a dashboard that you can use as sort of "page breaks" to split up components of a dashboard. Each section would have a header. For example, I am using a dashboard to show metrics around different parts of an onboarding process and I would like to split it into different sections based on what part of the process the metrics are pointing to. 1) Surveys Sent To Onboarding Project Owner, 2) CSM Assignment CTA's and 3) Sentiment of New Accounts
Hello Team, When creating a Report in Gainsight NXT sourcing the data from Salesforce Object, there is only one Lookup option which is “Account”. It would be better if the look up is enabled to all the prominent SFDC Objects. It will simplify the data sourcing from Salesforce.
