Shared Success Plans: would it be possible to allow external users the ability to create/edit shared success plan items?Acknowledged
I have been talking to a customer (ContantSquare) about shared success plans. They wanted to see if it would be possible to allow external users who have success plans shared with them to be granted the ability to edit and possibly create tasks within the success plan. Is this something that is being considered on the product roadmap, or would granting external users write access present unforseen security concerns?
Email Assist Using MDAAcknowledged
We have a rule that runs from data in an MDA and creates a CTA when executed. We would like to create an email template for Email Assist, but some of the key data points are in the MDA table and the template seems to only map to SFDC native elements. Is there any plan to expand that capability? Thanks, Elizabeth
JO Email Templates - font libraryAcknowledged
Hello, Are there any plans to introduce more fonts into the Email template builder in JO? It would be great to have a wider choice than the preset nine. Something like handwriting or more creative fonts - appreciate not all fonts can be easily read by the many email software people use these days but more choice would be great.ThanksKaterina
Cockpit: Allow for an abridged version of the CTA or Task Comments fields to show in List ViewAcknowledged
Our CSMs are asking for help in making their Cockpit experience more manageable. Some have been manually editing CTA/Task names to include a brief note to help jog their memory at a quick glance of the Cockpit list view. But this is breaking some of our processes. (See https://community.gainsight.com/gainsight/topics/playbooks-need-the-ability-to-lock-the-playbook-so-it-cannot-be-edited-by-end-users) Is it possible to have a truncated version of the CTA Comments (or Task Comments - https://community.gainsight.com/gainsight/topics/cockpit-create-a-comment-field-at-the-task-level) show up in the Cockpit List View if any comments exist on that CTA or task? Ability to Clone CTAAcknowledged
It would be helpful to have the ability to clone CTAs. For example, on our team each CSM manually creates CTAs so that we have visibility into when customers are launching various modules and when we have blackout dates aligned with new product release. It would be great to be able to clone a CTA so that we are not manually inputting the same information with each CTA creation.
How can you show 0 in a report on dates?Acknowledged
We have reports created to show the due date of specific CTA tasks grouped by week. However if there are no due dates for that particular week, the graphs skips the date. We want to be able to show 0 for these dates rather than have it skipped. Is it possible to require this on graph setup? I tried with both line and bar graphs, and both skip the 0 week
Color option for the Success Plan ObjectivesAcknowledged
Currently there is no way to identify a High (Red), Medium (Yellow), or Low (Green) color for the success plan objectives. It would be nice to have this in the objective/gannt chart sections to reflect the items that are trending a specific color. It would also be nice to have a way to sort and filter on the specific colors.
Homescreen dashhboard for VIEW_GROUP usersAcknowledged
I recently gave our Sales and Product teams access to Gainsight CS with VIEW_GROUP permissions. I was a bit surprised to find out that I could not configure a basic homescreen dashboard for them to get an overview of the current state of the full customer base (e.g., Scorecard metrics). I think that would be a great addition for this type of users.
I’ve been reading through a few posts about this and wanted to ask the question to confirm - can an Admin edit (change selections to dropdowns and other content) in a Timeline entry that they didn’t author? If so, how? Thanks!
Timeline Activities: Changing the AccountAcknowledged
It has come up twice in the past two days where CSMs have accidentally entered timeline activities on the wrong account. Would be nice if they could go to the Global Timeline tab and change the account there once the activity has been created. Currently, I've been just instructing them to recreate using the Copy to Clipboard option, but obviously, it would be easier if they could just move them.
Export directly from Data ManagementAcknowledged
Currently if we want to export data that is housed in the MDA, we need to either build a custom report and export it, or build a rule that exports to S3. Is there anything on the roadmap that will allow us to just export a table straight out of the MDA (Data Management)? This would be a bit easier since I would not require any extra configuration to retrieve the data.
Sometimes, Global Playbooks do relate to the majority of Relationships (in our case Product lines), but not to a couple specific ones. To avoid clutter of Playbooks when creating CTA's for these Relationships, it would be great if we could mark Global Playbooks that are not relevant to a couple of Relationships as inactive for these Relationships.
Inline Generic Survey Question feedbackAcknowledged
Have recently started using inline survey questions more for generic surveys, and have some feedback. There’s not a way to manipulate the font of the survey question, so it winds up not matching the font of your email template and can look poorly formatted. Would love to be able to configure to use the same font as the template. With the different available options of formatting, we’ve received feedback that it’s difficult to know where to click for the question response. For example, the one with the colored boxes requires you to click on the text of the response and not just in the box. It’s not clear on the Program Details page that the question has to have a control type of Radio in the survey set up in order to be used in the program. Might be good to add that as a tool tip somewhere.
Include a way to include field description or tooltip's on success plan fields. (Or all fields for CAcknowledged
It would be helpful to have the ability to include field descriptions or tooltips for fields that you have created on Success Plans or CTA's. (Example Below.) There was a recent update to allow admins to configure custom views for cockpit for End Users. When will this awesome feature be available for timeline? Would be great to set these up ahead of time to reduce burden for CSMs who wont know how data is organized in Gainsight to select fields, Thanks!
Gainsight Analyzer is becoming a wealth of information! And it's going a long way in helping me with my goal of documenting our environment. I see the Schedule tab is being just shy of perfect. First off, when you click on a Rule Name that is in fact a Rule Chain, you get a popup that says it cannot retrieve the rule details: Personally, I would rather see the Rules schedule have all individual rules split out, and with an additional column for Rule Chain name (as well as Description and Action Type), instead of listing a rule chain as its own line item. That would solve the above problem. Also, the way it is today having the Rule Chain itself lis
I have a requirement where in I need to show the percentages of emails clicks and open rate of emails delivered through a program (AO Analytics object) and this is useful when representing them in Dashboard as the percentages speaks more than numbers. Even though we show them under Program analytics tab, but needs to report using report builder. Could you please advise.
Tagging timeline activitiesAcknowledged
Our team would like the ability to tag Timeline activities in order to sort/segment easier. For example, for meetings, they would like to tag with "on-site" or "remote". Another use case is using tags to surface very important activities such as a phone call with a high ranking executive. A tag of "Exec" would allow for easier sorting but the CSM and their Directors. I anticipate heavy use of this feature and the ability to tag for easier sorting of key activities would be lovely!
Looking at our Scorecard Mass Edit report it appears as if all scores are trending flat. I read in this document that the trend indicator is looking at the Current Score and Previous Score to make this determination. Looking at a sample account, I see the Current Score and Previous Score are the same thing: Apparently this is because the scorecard updates the Previous Score nightly: "On the first day of the current week, the most recent Scorecard bar shows previous week’s score. For the rest of the week this bar shows the closing score for the previous day, which was recorded when the Schedu
Rename standard Timeline activity typesAcknowledged
The four standard activity types -- "Update", "Meeting", "Email", and "Call" are very limited in how they can be edited. We do not want to use the "Call" activity, because I actually have three different custom call types that I've created, and this one can't be renamed. Therefore, I've deactivated "Call". However, it still counts towards my limit of 10 Activity types. I would like to change "Meeting" to "In-Person Meeting". We meet in person with our customers rarely, so I'm concerned that CSMs will think that "Meeting" is actually a Activity type they could use for generic/miscellaneous calls. "Email" cannot even be deactivated. We do not want our CSMs to be tracking their emails in Timeline. If they have something substantial, they can log it as an "Update". However, this still counts towards my limit of 10 Activity types.
