While workarounds exist, they are not ideal and have limitations. Journey Orchestrator would be greatly improved if a baked-in ability on the feature existed that allowed you to skip weekends for time periods (conditional waits, static timers, etc).Related articles:

We are looking to set-up rules that will run every 2 hours and would want to be able to filter on the time at which it was last modified/created. I would like the option to select which records are moved over to the master when merging company records, main one being Person records, but can see it being useful for any. So rather than just merging everything by default give us the option to select which is e.g CTA’s, Success Plan, Timeline Activities etc etc
Pretty much what the title says here. This is true both when looking at success plans from the 360 and from the “global” success plan area (not sure what it’s called) in the navigation pane on the left. Not all of the columns allow for sorting, the importance of which will vary depending on which view you’re looking at them. However, any column you should add (see also ) should give you the ability to sort by it. Here’s a short example - wherever you don’t see any shadow on mouse hover or the up/down carrots show next to the column header means you can’t sort.
Show C360 Section Type in Layout configurationAcknowledged
In the C360 Layout configuration (Company Admin Configuration), it would be helpful to see the Type of Section displayed in the layout versus having to hover over to see Section Type to more quickly identify what sections are in use and edit appropriate since sections are often renamed to something other than the default name

Hello Team, I don't have words to explain my gratitude for the planning and effort you guys put into Horizon Analytics. As one of your people said, Horizon Analytics is still a new born; hence, we all will contribute to add more meaningful functionalities which will make the app even more attractive. I can see as per this idea you have enabled the Goal and Variance feature on the KPI Widgets. I feel the issue here is that the goal can only be set as a "Static Value”. Please correct me if I am wrong. I really think that the system must allow the admins to dynamically set the Goal value. Allowing the admins to map a field to the Goal field of KPI widgets will enable the admins to make use of the KPI widget in wide range of reports/dashboards.
Hi,I’d like to create a new field for my Success Plans, and it should contain 2 or more users/contacts from the customer company or even my company.I’ve been able to create a single contact one, but not with more people in it. To clarify, it’s like the Internal/External Attendees field we have in Tasks details. I believe this would be a great add to the toolThanks
With the present data types available in Gainsight we can't access the HH:MM: SS format of the data.Usecase: While bringing Time duration data into S3 bucket from an external source we are mapping it as a type String because of the format. Now the usecase is to perform aggregation on the Time duration i.e AVG Time spent.
Enable exporting of timeline comments to a csvAcknowledged
Today if you have a small enough report that includes timeline notes you can download the report as an excel file and the formatting of the excel is fine. If you have a larger data set and create a rule to export that data (or if you just export to csv and the export is mailed to you in csv format), the html characters in the Notes field in the csv destroy the integrity of the csv and the file cannot be used.I assumed that the checkbox ‘Don’t Include HTML tags’ in the rule setup was going to address this issue and we’d be able to export the Notes in a single field in the csv, but that’s not the case. The removal of html tags doesn’t work if you open the file in excel, and if you open it in a textpad the html is removed but the data spans multiple rows. I tried using the Notes Plain-text field in the Call to Action object, but exporting that results in multiple rows (similar to the ‘remove html tag’ functionality.Can you provide a solution that would allow us to export Timeline
Hello,At the moment, many of our users are finding timeline as a time suck due to the manual nature in submitting new entries for every activity. Often times, users find themselves creating the same entries (such as meetings or key updates) with different dates. An idea to help speed up the entry process would be to be able to duplicate an existing entry and once the duplicate is saved have it appear as a new record. This would eliminate some of the copying and pasting for ultimately the same entries and allow users to skip adding internal and external attendees, specifically those members who are always on that particular kind of entry. Ability for Admin to Login in as a User in NXTAcknowledged
Currently, we (admins) are able to log in as a different user via Salesforce in order to troubleshoot but this is not a feature in NXT. We are planning on moving some of our users who do not need Salesforce licenses to Cloud only access which will vastly limit the amount of troubleshooting I can do on my end when end users have issues. It’d be great if this feature was available for super admins in NXT.
Hi, When ingesting large data sets into Gainsight, the docs recommend we set up the `create` stage in Snowflake so Gainsight can render large data sets all at once. Could there be a flag or some other form of notification within Gainsight for the Snowflake connector to highlight if and when the `create` stage schema is enabled so it is clear to the GS admin? There have been times when it got toggled on/off in Snowflake and we had to loop in GS Support to triage, only to discover that we needed our own team to make a change. Furthermore, this somehow resolves a bug with highly infrequent duplicate rows of data. I don’t know why or what causes this, but this should also be examined.

One of our CSMs raised a request for enhancement around file attachments for Timeline Activities. Currently, if a CSM attaches a file to an activity, if they want to find the file again, it’s not easy for them to find without clicking into each activity. The proposed enhancement is for a way that the CSM can access all files attached to Timeline Activities in one spot.
Flattening label for Matrix survey questionsAcknowledged
Currently, Survey flattening labels do not align to Matrix style sub-questions, thus reporting results in a blank value. It is imperative the flattening label either equate the main question flattening label or each sub-question is allowed to have their own flattening label.If you have multiple Matrix style questions with similar sub-questions, it can be difficult to understand what response aligns to what Matrix.
Currently, if you have opened an individual CTA from a company's C360 cockpit like soand click on "Go to Cockpit" in the upper left, it takes me back to the generic cockpit with 1000+ CTAs, and not the cockpit of the company I was previously looking at.While I can appreciate maybe wanting to send CSM/End Users to their My CTAs view of their individual cockpit, I would expect this button to take me back to the C360 cockpit view.What I would like, is the option to do either one. A button to take you back to your individual cockpit (like we have now) AND a button that will take you back to the C360 cockpit you were looking at previously - Right now I have to switch tabs or re-search the company in my current tab and click “cockpit” if I want to go back.
When you create a timeline entry from an objective CTA from cockpit and then you look at it in the C360 timeline/global timeline, it has “CTA” tagged next to it.However, when you create a timeline entry from the same objective within the success plan section of C360 and then you look at the timeline entry in timeline/global timeline, it gets tagged “Success Plan” and mentions which plan. Seeing as objective CTAs are reserved for success plans, this request is to have both ways behave the same, showing the success plan tag and name. Also, we should show all related objective TL posts on the success plan TL
