Enhancement Request to Support Patch call in external action in custom connector (D365)Acknowledged

HI Team,The issue is that PUT operation on D365 only allows to update a field per call whereas PATCH allows to update several fields which is what we need. So, would it be possible to include PATCH verb is the request from customer. Spoke with engg teammate @sudheer.gotety and was told can be considered as enhancement request. Hope this can be enhanced soon for the customer to work on it,

Provide the feasibility to hide record types that are not applicable to users with different profiles.Acknowledged

Hi Team, Posting this request on behalf of a customer.Currently when a related list is configured on standard salesforce objects like opportunity,case etc, and when record types are enabled in user’s org, creation of new records within this C360 page for corresponding records are not hiding record types that are not applicable to logged in user’s profile. All the available record types are exposed as the context is taken as Oauth user here in this case.Expectation here is to hide un-relevant record types that are not applicable to logged in user’s profile. Regards,Jagadeesh

Having a feel on User object like (Team Lead) having look up to User GSID and can behave as 'Manager field' which can be searched by User Name.Acknowledged

The idea is to have a filed on User object like that can look up into other user details (Like Manager) field. And searchable or auto-populate in User Management either by name or Email.

Is user state preservation in C360 on the product roadmap?Acknowledged

I have been working with a customer who wanted to see why filters saved in C360 reports weren't "Sticky" like report filters are in Dashboards. Is there anything on the product roadmap concerning adding any new user state preservation features into C360 that would allow for filters added to reports in C360 to be saved between user sessions? Hi Team,Is it possible to make a field uneditable for end user(Success plan session in c360) and can update value via a rule? Currently we are showing custom field with editable in Rule Success plan 2.0 action.User want this field to be not editable by end user and have a Rule or Success Plan template populate it for them.

Associate Success Plan Fields in more than one groupAcknowledged

We would like the ability to associate Success Plan Fields in more than one group on a Success Plan. Our CSMs leverage the SMART goal model and often arrive at more than one goal per project. Currently we have fields for the S, M, A, R, T and one field to articulate the SMART goal. We would like to have a total of three groups, each with the SMART goal content underneath it. Currently, I will have to create separate fields for each SMART goal (ie: S1, M1, A1, R1, T1, SMART goal 1; S2, M2, A2, R2, T2, SMART goal 2, etc.)

Rich text field mapping in ProgramAcknowledged

Custom color palette for bar chartAcknowledged

Hi Team, When creating a Bar Chart 3 axis report the custom color palette will not work. Once it is a two-axis report then the custom palette works. We will not get individual bar in individual colors till that's only the dimension in the chart. Thank you.

Bar and Dot instead of Bar and Line GraphAcknowledged

We have some executive reports in bar and line graph format, but the data is not necessarily correlated or linear. We would like to be able to configure bar and line reports such that we see dots only, not connected by a line.

Flattening label for Matrix survey questionsAcknowledged

Currently, Survey flattening labels do not align to Matrix style sub-questions, thus reporting results in a blank value. It is imperative the flattening label either equate the main question flattening label or each sub-question is allowed to have their own flattening label.If you have multiple Matrix style questions with similar sub-questions, it can be difficult to understand what response aligns to what Matrix.

Can I edit a user's first name after they've entered a program?Acknowledged

I have a user who has reached out to us because her name was wrong. I edited her user details in Salesforce but it went out wrong again - I'm assuming once it's in the program that's it! Is there any way to change what this user is listed as from within the participants list?

Past opportunity information need to show in the late renewal chat in RCAcknowledged

HI Team,The customer(F5 Networks) has come with the requirement, if any opportunity that was skipping from one quarter to another quarter (One opportunity cycle to another opportunity cycle ) need to see that information in the late renewal chat.Currently, the "late Renewal" chat calculation is for a selected period. if the renewal type opportunity closed date is greater than the opportunity due date then those opportunities will be displayed in the selection. Now this "late Renewal" chat is showing the data for the selected quator. @vivekreddy @lalit_das

Supported Timeline Attachment TypesAcknowledged

In Gainsight Timeline you can save word, ppt, excel, etc but not .twb or .twbx files. Adding this functionality would be very helpful for us.

Make Drilldown Columns Sticky for MDA-based ReportsAcknowledged

Hi @sai_ram and @rakesh - this issue persists in MDA object reports created from Data Designer. It makes our executive dashboards appear disorganized and cluttered. Please resolve.
