Mass Edit Retired FieldsNo Status

We have 30ish retired fields that I need to mark as ‘hide from report’ and there is no way to do this in mass. It would be great to be able to mark a group of fields as retired and hidden from reports at the same time.

Multiple Recipients Data Anomalies NotificationWorkaround Available

Currently you are only able to have on person received the data anomalies notifcation email. It would be beneficial to have more than one user receive this, incase one admin is out of office.

X-org migration to include all reports and objects automatically when performing the dashboard migrationNo Status

Currently, in X-org migration in order to migrate a dashboard, it is required to select all reports that are in dashboard and objects that these reports are based on. If we can provide an option where if we select a dashboard all reports and objects should be selected default it would be super helpful and save time.

Is it possible to configure one report to show different columns in JO-ProgramsAcknowledged

Hi,I am trying to use two programs to send reports to different set of internal people. Can I use one report and change the columns displayed in the email sent to the recipients?First Program is for Executives - They have a report showing columns - ABCDE Second Program is for CSMs - They should receive a report showing columns - ABCDGI tried to move the columns when configuring the report in the program builder - email setup. But that does not change the layout of the columns shown in the report Let me know if you need additional information regarding the same @gunjanm

All columns in reports/graphs/tables should be left aligned.Not Planned

Some data is left aligned some is right aligned. Give the ability to make this consistent.

Email to Timeline profile picture supportUnder Consideration

I have found out that if an email goes directly to a c360 timeline, the profile picture of the user that sent the email is not referenced from Salesforce or anywhere else. If the email goes to draft and then assigned to an account the Salesforce profile picture is used. This request is for when a user set up in user managment that is associated to a SFDC user, their image is used in the timeline entry.

Share360 send link to groupsAcknowledged

Hello, would it be possible to share the link to Share360 to multiple contacts (contact groups) at a customer instead of typing in names individually? Our team uses the Share360 to update clients on cases, projects etc. Some clients have multiple stakeholders (even up to 10-12) such that it is time consuming to type in each individual contact name each time. It would be great to create Sharing groups to shortcut this process.

Support for NPS in the Zendesk WidgetAcknowledged

Right now, we do not support the NPS widget on the summary section in the Gainsight widget in Zendesk. If you have the NPS Widget in the summary section, it will indicate an error in the Zendesk widget that can be cleared. This request is to support this completely.

Selecting the language for a Thank you page in SurveyNo Status

I am currently working on a survey and translated the survey in French. Everything worked, however, once the response is submitted, the Thank you page is only in English. It would be very convenient if there was a way for it to be translated as well.

Ability to Show Data From Children in Team View WidgetNo Status

Cloning/Copying Success PlansNo Status

Having had to just input 9 success plans for the exact same initiative (just different dates and audiences) - I would be a big fan of efficiencies created by the ability to clone/copy a success plan.

Ability to send single email to multiple contacts at one account through JO/OutreachesWorkaround Available

I'd love the ability to send a single email to multiple customer contacts through JO. Use case: a Welcome email needs to get sent to multiple contacts at the customer account to schedule a kickoff. Right now, each contact at that account will receive a different email asking to schedule time for the kickoff, which makes scheduling difficult. Additionally, the customer is then unaware of who else received the email. If there was an option to send a single email to all the contacts at an account like you can through Email Assist, that would be ideal!

Adding link of Timeline Activity to TasksNo Status

Hi,Our CSMs often create follow-up tasks directly from a Timeline Entry (e.g. Call). Currently, we are only able to add Timeline Activity Id on the Task Layout.Nevertheless, I don't see how this is helpful for CSMs identifying in which Timeline Activity they created the Task. Often they want to go back and read through the Timeline Activity Notes when working on the Task.Ideally I'd like to at least display the Timeline Activity Name (=Subject) here. Best case would be if we can display the name that is linked to the Activity itself, so CSMs can look it up with one click.Do you have any plans of adding this option?Thanks,Anita

Restricting Report Editing by non-adminNo Status

Hi,With Horizon, end users automatically get the option to build their own reports.  Unfortunately this means that they are also able to enter any report that was previously created.  This unfortunately means an end user can edit an admin created report.  Perfect world this wouldn’t happen.

Ability to track response rate of playbook emails sent through CTAs

I know there is an option to see response rate of playbook email sent through CTAs, however is there any way to see also the response rate? Or to create any report/dashboard where we could track it? Thank you for any tips or thoughts :)

Possibility to deactivate pop for CTA updateNo Status

We have a user who is trying to update the CTA Status from Cockpit and get’s a pop whenever the CTA is updated.Now the user wants us to shorten the amount of time it appears or don’t stack them on top because then they can’t continue to work on updating CTA status. https://share.getcloudapp.com/4guK7m9m

Any plans to expand the Survey Questions repository?Not Planned

Hello Folks!   Are there any plans to expand the Survey 2.0 questions repositories? Every time I build a survey I struggle with the questions‘ format available, being left frustrated wanting more options, for example: NPS question - I like the smiley faces but don’t like the colours which can be seen as “leading on”. The only option seems to be to have the smileys with the colours or no colours and stuck with a text above 0 and 10. The text isn’t always applicable to transactional surveys so could it be edited? Ranking - today I tried to add a question to rank or rate 7 different sections of a seminar. I wanted to use something else than matrix 0-10, and the only options I had was the reordering (difficult on the phone) and stars. Wanting to go with the stars, I soon figured I cannot use them as it’s only one star rating per question, rather than one question, then 7 answers being ranked via stars. So I had to go back to matrix format Stars ranking - is it possible to have 0 stars

Ability to filter with dinamic dates in Hubspot's ConnectorNo Status

Hi!I’ve been working with an issue to pull out a slice of the data from HubSpot, but unfortunately the filters available to apply on dates only work on a fixed date. This means that is necessary to update it manually from time to time to avoid a job’s timeout caused by the size of the dataset, and also extracting the same data unnecessarily. I’ll be great to have advanced filters such as the ones that we have in the Rules Engine, or at least to be able to filter only the data from the last xx days to improve the connectors’ performance .  Thank you very much and Merry Christmas!

transforming a date field from "mmddyyyy" to "mm" via Bionic ruleNot Planned

Hi I am creating a dashboard for our Renewals team and have a question regarding formatting / transforming a date field. We have thousands of perpetual contract lines, all with a "Service Activated Date" is mmddyyyy format. For us, it is important to know just the month when the service was activated - some of those dates go back as far as 2010 but our renewals team reach but to those customers annually, usually around the month the service was activated. In excel, to convert his would be a simple formula = TEXT(cell,mmmm) and then I can plot this onto a graph to show how many accounts have had service activated each month regardless of each or month but I need this to go from January to December rather than just a text field. Is there a way to convert the date via bionic rules? Thanks in advance Katerina

Request to Analyze where a Playbook/CTA is being usedNo Status

Hi Gainsight, I would like to submit a request for CTA/Playbook analyzer. We are trying to stop using a CTA but before we do, want to know where this CTA or playbook is being used. We would like to know if this CTA is used in a query in an email program or a rule before taking it away - so that way, if we stop it, it will not affect any other program/rule we’re unaware of.

Data Operation: Include Filtered Record CountNo Status

The Data Operation feature is Great! Really helps admins maintain data hygiene being able to delete/edit records without needing to open a ticket (GS Support, btw, always great to work with). Would be helpful though, if when you've filtered for a set of records, the UI displayed a count of records within the filtered set. Additional Options For Case Linkage In CTA'sNo Status

I am working with a customer who has done the CTA linkage to cases, but we've discovered an issue based on the configuration. What is happening is that the "owner id" field for this client can either be a user id or a group id because it can either be assigned to an individual or a "queue". When trying to link an individual user to the case via CTA, the system defaults to showing only the group id's ("Queues") and not the userid's (individual users). There is no way within Gainsight to set the search configuration on these CTA's to look at the user id vs. looking at the groupid (queues). This means they cannot assign to an individual, but rather can only link the CTA to a group. My Ask: be able to configure the search option for case linked CTA's to either look at the user id OR the group id OR both if appropriate. Customer Feature Request: Task description box when creating tasks from a timeline entryNo Status

Hello all,  I’ve had a customer place a ticket for a feature request. The customer would like the ability to add a task description when adding a task in a timeline entry, as opposed to creating the task and then filling out the description on the CTA. This would enhance workflow by reducing the number of steps needed to a task completely filled out.  I’ve attached the two places where tasks are for clarity.
