Allow for numbers in formula field labelNo Status

I’ve just started using formula fields in my reports, and they are so powerful!However, I found that I’m not able to create a formula field label that includes a number or special character.Is it possible to add this to the formula fields functionality in report builder?

Allow Mark Playbook Inactive when Rule status is InactiveNo Status

You can mark a Rule as Inactive. You can mark a Playbook as Inactive. However, you can’t mark a Playbook as Inactive if a rule exists that uses the Playbook, even if that Rule is Inactive.I don’t want to delete the rule because I want it for historic record keeping, and I don’t want to delete the playbook because I want it for historic reporting. But I can’t mark it Inactive unless I delete the rule it’s associated with.It would be nice if I could mark a playbook as Inactive if the rule it was associated with is also Inactive.

Activity Timeline Templates - Ability to insert Image and TablesNo Status

Hello Team,  It would be great if we are able to insert tables images screenshots to a Activity Timeline Template, so that the users can refer to the image/screenshot and the users can use the tables to update the activities in a tabular format.

True NPS Summary WidgetUnder Consideration

It would be nice if there was an option to give the C360 Summary NPS widget True Score a yellow color range much like the Average NPS Score. A range between 0-50 to assist with quick-glance visual cue would be nice but maybe even being able to set your industry NPS range to assist with moving the needle.  For example, we are in health care and industry NPS around Software and health range between 30-40 so a True NPS score of 14 really is not “Green”. Although reporting wise it is good to have more promoters than detractors, at an end-user experience it would be nice to aid in quickly identifying an account is leaning into yellow.

Request for Fields in Success Plan Template That Show Up in Saved Success Plan and/or ObjectivesNo Status

Currently the functionality of Success Plan Template fields is fairly limited as it pertains to the final Success Plan this is created. Once a Success Plan Template is selected and the SP saved, all data attached to the template itself is no longer visible except the objective Name and Category. The Success Plan name is gone as well as the Objectives descriptions -- the only current option is Admin description only. The request here is to offer fields within the Success Plan Template that will be visible to the user once the SP has been created. For example, you could provide information around a specific Template that would go into the general Success Plan Info tab. Also, you could add a field into the Objective inside the template that will still be visible in that Objective once it is built.

Increase limit in tables in TableauNo Status

Currently Gainsight limits Tableau to records created within the past 6 months (instead of the full data). This makes reporting on Gainsight adoption extremely limited when you can only view Success Plans and Activities created within the last 6 months.

Make Timeline Widget on Timeline Home available to any dashboardNo Status

We are working to create a dashboard for “account handoffs” so CSMs can view all the data of recently handed off accounts in one place (rather than having to go to many tabs across C360). It would be great to have the timeline widget also to filter to just recent customer syncs

Allow tokens in Rich Text Widget - Horizon AnalyticsNo Status

This idea is related to the Horizon Analytics ideas posted here, but I think it deserves its own post. I’d like to see the ability to insert tokens in Rich Text boxes. For example, our business has a need for something called an “Executive Briefing Document,” which is kind of a C360 on steroids that execs can access from a dashboard. The idea is that they can filter down to a single customer. What I’d like to be able to do is insert a token that would contain that customer’s name once it’s filtered. Here’s a mockup:

Global Filters in dashboard is not retained when shared as a linkNo Status

Hi Team,This is like an enhancement request on behalf of the customer.When sharing a Dashboard as a Link, the Dashboard Link does not retain the Global filter values. For example, You filter certain records on a Dashboard based on a particular user and want to share that as a link, then the link does not retain these filter values and the default one will be share. When we click on the link, it pulls the Dashboard in its Original version only. Can you please check on the possibility and let us know.

Stop the query builder once it got started in the programNo Status

Hi Team,Can we have feature to stop the query builder once it get started.  We have scenario that we realized there was an error shortly after we started the participant sync and wanted to stop it, but instead we were basically not able to do any work in Journey Orchestrator until those queries finished. This is extremely prohibitive especially when we have critical email sends that need to go out. Please look into this and let us know if need any details.Thanks & Regards,Syam

Ability to Kick off a Rule Chain or a Rule from ConnectorsAcknowledged

I have a few customers lately who have similar requirement to this: As a Gainsight User, i would like the ability to kick off a rule chain on successful completion of a Connector Sync Job.  I have a particular customer who is using mixpanel and wants to kick off an outreach to the customer if a particular event is triggered in their platform. As it stands, the only way i can do something similar is to run a cron expression in rule scheduling to run the job on an hourly basis, which is not optimal

Ability to sort custom object fields in Data ManagementNo Status

I have a current need to sort the fields that I have added to a custom object within Data Management.  I requested this through support but they said this is not possible.  Can you please have this feature added soon?Use Case is uploading a file to a custom object and the fields default to ascending order, but I would like the ability to sort the fields similar to how it is available when adding drop down lists.  Required for updating the order of a related list I have added to the C360.

Succes Snapshot by UserNo Status

We are wanting to make an “annual summary” of the CSM’s activity utilizing Success Snapshots, but currently it only filters by Company and Relationship. It would be helpful to add by “User”. This could be used then in CSM performance reviews etc as their goals are tied to ensuring they are using the system to log interactions with customers

Unify dropdown lists so they can be used in both single select AND multi-select fieldsNo Status

We’d like a rationalization of the dropdown list feature so they would be available in single select and multiselect fields.Our use case is as follows:Like every company, we have a country dropdown list we use to determine where companies, and contacts within the company are physically located. And typically, one given account and contact can only exist/live in one country. We’d set variants for business units etc. at relationship level. So we’re using this dropdown as a single select primarily. We also want to track the deployment geographies of our technology. The technology can be deployed across several geographies for one given company.Hiccup: we have to manage 2 lists (with lots of values), one for single select, one for multiselect.That’s in spite of having two different field types in  even though the single select and multiselect are two different fields to do one or the other. I would imagine what a field can hold really depends on the field, not so much the list of values. W

Shared Success plans in Mobile AppNo Status

Hi Team, User was creating a dummy test account, and shared a Success Plan with that account, and then opened it via the Email I receive to request the OTP, just as I would do it in the browser version. Only in the Mobile version, we see things we are not supposed to, such as the Healthscore and the renewal date. these things are not visible to me when opening the same Success Plan with the same account in the browser version.

The incorrect number of records is displayed for any report against an SFDC objectPlanned

Hi Team, The incorrect number of records is displayed for any report against an SFDC object that contains at least one group by (if there are more records retrieved than the “Show Limit” for the UI page). For example, there are 412 records, and I have selected to show 100 records per page, then “100" will be displayed for 4 pages, and 12 displayed for the last page.One suggestion is to remove the "Total Number of Records:" and "Click Here" for SFDC API queries that cannot return the correct number of records.https://share.getcloudapp.com/JrunDADE

Snowflake Connector Field Names - allow hover over for full field name.No Status

In the Snowflake Connector add to destination Dialog Box - long field names from Snowflake are truncated with “...” (highlighted in graphic below)  when I hover over them, the full name does not appear.  Workaround is to set up a spreadsheet just to keep the names straight when mapping fields.  If you allowed the full field name to display on hover - it would be so much easier to use.

Success Plan non editable Rich Text field issueNo Status

There is a field on our Success Plan type  that is a non editable Rich text field which meant to be updated when there is a new Timeline entry on the success plan via rule.The issue we have come across is that the field still has the instructions ‘insert text here’. Can this be removed? It is confusing for end users.  The field is a rich text field on the Company object that is displayed on the Success Plan, but it is not editable

Scorecards for UsersNot Planned

Hello - Do you have any plans to implement a scorecard measure for Gainsight users?  Adoption is such a big part of being a Gainsight admin, and it would be amazing to set thresholds for users in a rules engine and use them to populate a scorecard.   Currently, we use reports and dashboards to leverage this, but I think there is high value in being able to leverage the power of scorecards. Some use case examples: Easy to track new hire Gainsight adoption. Create CTAs/Programs to end users and leadership if usage trends downwards. Create easy to digest reporting across the org for user adoption. New process/feature adoption metrics
