Redirecting from NXT widget in SFDC to NXTNo Status

Hi team,   One of our customers have suggested an idea where the Gainsight logo in the NXT widget in SFDC redirecting to C360 page of that account in hybrid orgs. Like in SFDC editions.     Please share your thoughts.

Increase size limit for Journey Orchestrator templatesNo Status

The current limit is 2MB for templates in Journey Orchestrator.  We need to send out attachments that are between 2-4MB in size frequently and have to either info from the content or lower the quality to make it compliant.  Please increase the limit to at least 10 MB.

Provide Capabilities for reporting CSM staffing Capacity/Utilization

Having the ablity to build in your CSM staffing model  in gainsight and report on utilization and excess capacity would be a very helpful tool for Customer Success Leaders --- the model could be very simple -  # of hours per customer in each segment X total number of customers in each segment of  a CSM portfolio  would get you to the hours utilized . Hours utilized / Hours available gets you to your capacity vs utilization  - -- It would be helpful to also have the capacity to create different models for different roles i.e.  CSA,  Major Accounts CSA, Professional Serivces, etc.

Provide ability to search for C/R360s when search results are >20 when associating emailNo Status

There currently does not seem to be a way to associate an email with a C/R360 when the search results are greater than 20.  There does not seem to be any way to filter beyond the single search field.  This is a big issue as I can’t use the email feature for a number of my accounts.

JO Activity on C360No Status

We would like to be able to add a section to the C360 that would list the email templates or outreaches the account has been a participant in to show open rates. We use both outreaches and JO programs to send emails today based on the need. The information is logged in two different objects, preventing us from adding a single report on the C360 that would show all emails sent to contacts on the associated account and open dates, open count, etc.

Mluti-select for Delete ActionNo Status

Right now, the only function supported by selecting multiple Programs or Templates is Move, I’d like to be able to Delete multiple items at once. It’s tedious having to delete one by one if there are 5, 10, 15 that are to be removed. Navigate to far right>Click>Delete>Navigate to Center>Confirm>Repeat - I can’t even confirm the Delete with the Enter key.

Creating a new record when updating score of a measure using Dashboards/ ReportsNo Status

Usecase behind this:   “We have reps updating the COVID impact using both a timeline entry, and via the dashbaord and I have a rule that updates the score based on tiemline entires as well. But because of that, it overwrites their dashbaord updates. So was looking for a record of the dashboard updates to sonsider both, and only update based on the newest one ”

Renewal Center - Be able to have filters specific to certain Renwal Center ComponentsNo Status

Posting on Behalf of a Customer.   It is desired to be able to individual filter the below components to accommodate for cases where a certain opportunity should not be considered as “Opportunity Missing Forcast”, without having to global filter affect the rest of the chart.   For example, some ops desired to shown in “Opportunity Missing Forcast” where forcast amount is null, rather than 0, which should not considred to be not be missing the forcast. Right now that box shows ops were Forcast Amount is 0 or null.

Add Company Fields as Global Filters on Journey Orchestrator / Program Analytics PageNo Status

I’d like to be able to filter the Journey Orchestrator / Program Analytics page by different attributes that are on the Company object.  For example, by Segment (custom field), Stage (standard field), Renewal Date, etc.

Ability to add special characters like % in CTA reason in NXTNo Status

Hi , One of our customers have reached out saying it is important for them to have the ability to add “%” in their new CTA Reason name as is the case in SFDC.As of now, it is not supported in NXT. Please share your thoughts.

Notify Users via GS Notification if CTA is not updated for x daysNo Status

Hi All, We have an use case from one of our client stating that Is there any way to notify users via GS internal notification when a CTA is not updated for (x) number of days? Currently, we don’t have any direction way to achieve this. Can you please validate this use case

Comment field in the mass edit tableNo Status

Possibility to add the comment field in the mass edit table and allow to make changes there.  Would save a lot of time to add/change new comments instead of having to go to each account.

Allow access to lookups when setting permissionsNo Status

I recently ran into a use case where I needed to restrict permissions on the GS Opportunity object. Unfortunately, I can’t access any lookup fields when setting permissions. So instead of being able to say “CSM = logged in GSID” like I can do when setting permissions at the Company level, I can only access fields on the GS Opportunity object, which doesn’t seem helpful. Is the answer that I have to add the CSM ID field to the GS Opportunity in order to solve for this use case? Can we please consider allowing at least one level of lookup for cases like this so that I could at least access fields on the Company object in this case (which GS Opportunity looks up to)?

Email Benchmark ReportsNo Status

I’m wondering if Gainsight could/has any plans to produce benchmark reports - specifically around email metrics? A lot of times when we report metrics to stakeholders, they ask how it compares to the industry standard but most benchmark reports generated from Eloqua/Hubspot/Sendgrid etc are predominantly prospect metrics, which isn’t an equatable baseline.    If not by Gainsight, does anyone know of any thought-leadership that provides customer-specific email benchmark reports?

Allow selecting all possible Relationships in Timeline Associated RecordsNo Status

Currently, in Timeline Associated Records, Relationships can only be selected when they are under the same Company and of the same Relationship type. This is way too limiting (e.g., if you want to add an activity when you reached out to multiple accounts of the same product). We would like to be able to select any Relationship, as you are able to select any Company.

Increasing the limit of 'To' section in the Email?

Hello Team,Currently we have a limilation that we could only add maximum of 10 contacts in the ‘To’ section.I’ve recived a request from customer that if we could increset this limit?https://support.gainsight.com/SFDC_Edition/Cockpit_and_Playbooks/User_Guides/Send_Emails_from_Cockpit_(via_Email_Assist_and_Send_Email_Option)  Is there any possible way of implementing the increase the limit of adding of these contacts in the near furture?

Dropdown list item with single quoteAcknowledged

Hi There,   Currently, when you create a dropdown-list item with a single quote, the following message pops-up.      Although one understands the validation but this becomes a problem when you have mapped this field in SFDC connector sync job and in SFDC picklist value contains single quotes etc. So are there any thoughts to allow dropdown value with single quotes because in SFDC picklist, we can have values with single or double quotes.   For now the only work-around is to have a String type in MDA mapped to such picklist.

Allow Tokenized Values When Mapping Custom CTA FieldsNo Status

It would be nice if Rules Engine allowed you to include tokens in addition to text when mapping a custom CTA field. A specific use case for this is that we have a custom CTA field that we want to populate with a dynamic URL such as a link to an associated Salesforce Account/Opportunity, internal product page, etc. We currently use a Transform set and the Concat function to create these URL field values but it would be nice if we could just take the first part of the URL and then add in the identifier as a token like so:  Ideal state​​​​​​

Gainsight Analyzer : API names to be replaced by Data Space namesNo Status

When we export Gainsight analyzer report, for Reports that are created on Dataspace, we see source object name as API names of corresponding objects, that DS has been created on; and not the DS names. There are cases where more than one DS is created on one object. Can we please have the DS names instead of DS source object API names?

Ignore duplicate inactive accounts for dashboard permissionsNo Status

Refer support ticket: gainsight.zendesk.com/hc/requests/106487 We have 2 accounts in Gainsight sandbox with the same SFDC Id.  One is inactive and another one active.  When the user logging into Gainsight he is not able to see any dashboards means landing page “Gainsight” coming up with error message. Currently Delete option is not there, if you apply logic to ignore inactive accounts (not depending on SFDC Ids for all users) then it may resolve the issue and no need to reach out to your team requesting to make SFDC Id null on these inActive accounts If we ignore inactive users then it may work.

Product/ Feature Enhancement:No Status

Hello, we have created a DD space to unify data from SFDC Account and GS Relationship data, so that we can report on latest Timeline Activities for specific Relationships. I created test report DD test - CL CAL Updates which may be manipulated for testing this case. While the intent of the DD space is to identify latest activities logged with Max Activity Date, it is pulling in all timeline activity entries. We would like to see a list view of the entries like in report [DD] Cloud Lending - Critical Account Updates Most Recent, therefore we do not want to apply aggregation to the activity date in the report builder. Rather, we would like a way to achieve a similar looking report but with only the last activity logged for each account.Additionally, we would like the DD space and report to include a field indicating whether a timeline activity was logged at the C360 or R360 level. Is this possible?Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide in achieving this use case.

Paginate NPS responses on Survey widget in 360Under Consideration

The survey widget on the 360 shows all responses to the NPS survey(s) which for some of our companies can mean 100’s of results, it would be great if this could be limited to say the last 10 and then the ability to go to previous 10 etc etc via pagination.

[Email to timeline] Change default Company/Relationship for duplicate PersonsNo Status

When using email to timeline, the activity will go into Drafts if the recipient is linked to multiple Companies or Relationships. In the Draft activity, a Relationship is selected by default. It would be nice to be able to set another default Relationship, so you don't have to change it 90% of the time.

Increased Administration Audit CapabilitiesNo Status

Hi All, We could benefit greatly from increased audit capabilities & audit logs across all admin functions in GS. Example use case -- I noticed a new Activity Type was added in our system. But I'm not sure who added it, when it was added, when it was last modified or where it's being used. At first glance, I'm also not sure if it's a custom type, or a standard one provided out of the box. This is very difficult for companies with multiple admins, and/or admins who are taking over once implementation has already been completed.   From an ease of use perspective, It would be helpful to see all of this audit details in the same place where this is configured (rather than go to a separate place to see it). E.g. next to the field you can add the edited by & date/time, created by & date/time, and a button for "where is this used"   I'd also request that this audit tracking be added in multiple areas across the system - not just in Activities & Timeline. For example, I

Please Add Journey Orchestrator Source Query Builders to the Rules Timeline to see activityNo Status

As I have Journey Orchestrator Query Builders running which use the Rulese Engine to process information, these can be impacting Rules Engine Performance when troubleshooting.  There is no location that shows these JO Query Builder Status in a combined location.  The only way to see a status of a Query Builder running is to go into each Program, then to the Sources, and then into each Query Builder to see that status, to see if it is running, or queued.  To have a dashboard that would show the status. would be very helpful.  To have these show up in the Rules Timeline would be even better.
