Inactive users still receiving email notifications in DDNo Status

Hi Team, The one who created Data Designer will always get the email notification, By In-activating a user and we are still getting email notification. the inactive user has got the notification after the manual run as it shout not.

Additional Options For Case Linkage In CTA'sNo Status

I am working with a customer who has done the CTA linkage to cases, but we've discovered an issue based on the configuration. What is happening is that the "owner id" field for this client can either be a user id or a group id because it can either be assigned to an individual or a "queue". When trying to link an individual user to the case via CTA, the system defaults to showing only the group id's ("Queues") and not the userid's (individual users). There is no way within Gainsight to set the search configuration on these CTA's to look at the user id vs. looking at the groupid (queues). This means they cannot assign to an individual, but rather can only link the CTA to a group. My Ask: be able to configure the search option for case linked CTA's to either look at the user id OR the group id OR both if appropriate. Currently it just appears to default to the group id (queues). Please sync up with me if there are any questions an

Master Email templatesWorkaround Available

How can i raise a feature request to add on to emails a master email template? for example, i want to create my own format of a template and then apply it to other emails i wish to create. if it’s an HTML template for example. keep a master format and then work from it (blank with just the formatting) to add the text we want.

Import tableau visualizations to Gainsight DashboardCurrent Functionality

Hi Team, One of my customer was looking to import visualizations created in tableau intogainsight dashboard.  Business use case is purely that the visualizations available in Tableau are far more advanced than gainsight currently. It would be great for user to be able to report on the gainsight data in Tableau, and then import back the visualizations that CSMs can use in presentations with customers, as well as a more palatable visualization for reporting important metrics.

Using multiple templates in a single success snapshotWorkaround Available

multiple templates be configured within Success Snapshot and the CSMs be given a choice to use any of the templates when exporting success plan. CSM might want to make use of one template for one customer and another for a different customer.

different from email address in email assist taskPlanned

Hi Team, Currently when we send emails using the email assist task . The from email address will be showing as the logged in user. If we setup different domains then we will get an opportunity to choose from which domain we want to send emails. We don’t have an option to change the complete “from” email address and replace it with a generic email address.  In future do we have an plans of providing this option to customers so that they can use any other email in “FROM” email address.

Estimation time on Data Opertaions UIUnder Consideration

Hi Team, When users are trying to delete data through Data Operations from Comapny/Relationship objects, it is taking time some time based on the number of records to be deleted and the dependencies on them. But some times it is taking more time to delete if there is huge volume and users are unable to determine when the operation will be completed. So they are requesting to show ETA to complete the process before they start the deletion, so they can have an idea on this and plan accordingly. Thanks, Prathap

Is user state preservation in C360 on the product roadmap?Acknowledged

I have been working with a customer who wanted to see why filters saved in C360 reports weren't "Sticky" like report filters are in Dashboards. Is there anything on the product roadmap concerning adding any new user state preservation features into C360 that would allow for filters added to reports in C360 to be saved between user sessions? Data Operation: Include Filtered Record CountNo Status

The Data Operation feature is Great! Really helps admins maintain data hygiene being able to delete/edit records without needing to open a ticket (GS Support, btw, always great to work with). Would be helpful though, if when you've filtered for a set of records, the UI displayed a count of records within the filtered set. When triggering a rule via an event, the Execution History should mention it as a EventNot Planned

Hi Team, I have a use case where in one of the customer is trying to trigger a rule via an Event, but in the rule execution history it is showing as "Scheduled or Manual" and Customer wants it to be shown as "Event" and if possible, the topic name as well. Is this in our road map to show this?

Create Setting to turn off email notifications sent to CSMs after they Log Activities to Timeline in GSNo Status

Ability to re-order tasks that are created manually in UINo Status

Hi Team, Posting this on behalf of customer.One customer wants the ability to re-order tasks which have same due dates and all the tasks are created manually.  Since the due date is same and tasks are manually created , it is not possible to control the order of tasks in this case to change the display order using default view layout. Use case: These are created by End user (CSM) who doesn’t have admin privileges to control the order of tasks or to create playbooks or templates. It will be helpful if we can give customers more free hand to control the order of display of tasks.

[Posting on Behalf of Customer]- Ability to get Result notification for rules triggered by S3 EventResponse from Customer

Currently we don't have the option of getting email rule result notifications for S3 event trigerred rules. Would it be possible to get this to fire as well? It would help to notify the Admin/ User when the rule has a failure.

Run rules only when there is at-least one record as the result.Not Planned

We run rules more than once in a day and hence use scheduler. Sometimes we see records updated several times in the day and serves the purpose of the rule. However there are some days where we have no activity and hence the resulting records are “zero” and it does not make sense for the rule to run. If it runs for zero records, we also seem to be losing the history. Ideally having it run only when there is 1 or more records and tracking the results (pass or fail) would make sense.

Gainsight placing CSMs in bounce list for emails sent from JOResponse from Customer

Hi Team, Posting this request on behalf of customer. Gainsight fails to send email to any recipient if a user that is CC’d on the email is on the Gainsight bounce list. For example, if a CSM is on the “Email Copy to:” in Journey Orchestrator on an email sent to several customers, and the CSM is on the bounce list, the email is not sent to any of the customers. The correct/expected behavior is that email should be delivered to all customer recipients regardless that someone in the “Email Copy to:” is on the Gainsight bounce list. The entire program should not fail. It would be great if CSMs are not placed in bounce list since it is intended that CSM should be aware of the communications with their customers. Regards,Jagadeesh

I know there is an option to see response rate of playbook email sent through CTAs, however is there any way to see also the response rate? Or to create any report/dashboard where we could track it? Thank you for any tips or thoughts :)

Why do we make end users select a Quick Insight type when the types refer to data sources (SFDC, MDA, Data Spaces)? The data source seems like the sort of thing we wouldn’t and shouldn’t expect an end user to know.

Currency fields displaying abbreviated value.Under Consideration

Posting on behalf of customer. Currently when viewing currency fields on C360, Success Plans, etc the field will abbreviate to xxxK when above 100000. Anything below 100000 it will display the full value. See attached.Customer would like the ability to customize whether it shows the full amount or abbreviates to xxK or xxxK, etc.

Improve connector job status/notifications for "when no matches are found"No Status

Hi teamWith the Dynamics connector, when mapping a field using a derived mapping, I can choose “Reject Record” for the “When No Matches Are Found” option.When the connector job runs and only sees records that are rejected for this reason, the status of the job is marked as “Failed”This behaviour isn’t consistent with a failure — it’s correctly and successfully rejecting the records based on our predefined criteria.It would be great if situations like this could show a different status, or be included under “Success”.This would help us with configuring notification emails and identifying true failures of the connector job.ThanksJon

Ability to have multiple drafts in MigrationResponse from Customer

Was working with a customer who mentioned the following idea -- It would be great to have the ability to have multiple drafts in migration -- Currently, the migration package does not have the ability to have multiple drafts in it to migrate functionality to production. This is problematic for our team. Our use case is that our team has multiple developers so it would be helpful to have multiple drafts so each developer can put together their own migration package to ensure smooth delivery. The volume of stories we deliver does not make it feasible for all developers to add into one migration package as it makes it very complicated to deal with any failures.
