This is a bit of an annoyance but if I want to adjust the end date of a Program, it forces me to also change the start date. Why do I have to change the Start Date in order to change the End Date? I would want to keep the start date as is so that I can reference when this program was first scheduled.
Heat Map Numeric Scale ControlNo Status
Would like the ability to hard-code in the heat map scale instead of the scale auto-adjusting to the data. A dashboard with multiple heat map reports can have 40% be green, yellow and red depending on the other values near it. It would be desirable for report admins to be able to have the option for auto or manual scaling for heat maps.
Love the new Calendar integration on Home page. One thing that is a pain point is that when adding an activity from a meeting here, it auto-selects the customer. This is fine, but the ability to edit once auto-selected would be extremely helpful as it doesn’t always select the right account. Further, all of my colleagues are contacts for an internal account in Gainsight. Internal meetings that are about a customer are defaulting to the internal company and we can’t change it to the right customer account once the system auto-selects the company.
We’d like the ability to customize the Gainsight NXT widget in SFDC. We have some summary data and sections on C360 that are specific to a CSM’s needs, and I’d like the ability to streamline what our Sales team sees (they have viewer licenses and are accessing Gainsight through the NXT widget on the Account page in SFDC).
The AO Failed Participants object stores majority of its data as JSON data. It doesn’t have a lookup to Company, and I can’t use Data Designer either because the execution fails since the data in this object is mostly JSON. Please help us improve monitoring of failed participants and reduce burden on admins by allowing us to create reports for users to view, troubleshoot, and resolve failed participants in an efficient way.
“republish now” makes it seem like if I hit the button, that the program will go look to add new participants and run source queries, but really the action is just “save” the changes on the email template. I think the button should say “save” to be more clear

We want to create a formula field on a report that indicates if the modify date on a Success Plan is greater than a certain amount of time. This is intended to use to help identify more easily Account Plans that need to be actioned on. Formula allows string, number, and date but not Case so we can add a Boolean like we can in Data Designer. Would be great to be able to have this functionality in GS
Adjust Scorecard CommentsUnder Consideration
We would like to see the ability to adjust the scorecard comments section on the C360. Right now if you have more than a few lines you need to scroll thru the box. It would be nice if this would adjust dynamically or if you had the ability to change the font size so everything shows without having to scroll.
I know that there are other email-related posts, but I didn't see exactly what I was looking to vote for so I'm creating this post. We have a lot of people who care about accounts but aren't necessarily assigned to them or will ever be assigned tasks/objectives/success plans. Even for those who are, there isn't an effective way to get a regular digest of everything you'd care about, e.g. upcoming/overdue CTAs. Managers want to have a way to get email notifications about things accounts we flag as risks or go-lives we have coming up in 2 weeks. In short, would love a way to sign up for email notifications that gives you the following options: [list] [*]Frequency: Daily, Weekly, Monthly [*]Content: CTAs, Success Plans, Tags [*]Accounts: use some sort of a SFDC or Gainsight data field criteria to be able to quickly group accounts you care about.[/list]

Add Owner ID to Success Plan Data SpaceUnder Consideration
Right now, the Success Plan Data Space that's available out of the box only has Owner ID name available but not Owner ID. Because we cannot modify out of the box Data Spaces, I had to copy the Success Plan data space for my customer in order for them to be able to dynamically filter on Owner ID = Current User. At the very least, I'd like to see us add Owner ID to the Success Plan data space, but it would be even better if Admins were allowed to add fields to pre-built, out of the box Data Spaces. Thanks!
On the C360 page, when searching for a customer, we give an append and suggest drop down that shows 10 customers that meet the partial criteria that you have entered. I have a customer that had over 100 variations of an instance and would like to see more than just 10 accounts in this drop down menu. When a powerlist fails, there are currently two options for who will get the failure email. 1) If it fails on a scheduled run, the user who created the powerlist will get the failure email. 2) If it fails on a manual run, the logged in user that initiates the manual run gets the failure email. My question is, is there any plan to give an option to tell the system who to send failure emails to? We are imagining something similar to the way we do this in the rules engine, where I can say "Send email on Failure" to whatever email I enter in the text box, no matter who created the rule. The reasoning behind this is that sometimes a user will create a powerlist and then move to another team that no longer handles Gainsight. That user will still be getting the powerlist failure emails, but may not notify the existing Gainsight team, which can leave a powerlist failing for weeks without anyone noticing. I am creating an email chain in program that contains 3 emails followed by a call-to-action for the CSM if none of these emails were read. In order to make it easy for the CSM to act on these emails not read, I wanted to include in the Comments section tokens like the contact phone number which is not always filled. The error "Token vakue is empty for placehorder 'Phone' at step Create CTA" for every contact that has no phone number defined. The creation of a CTA in program should allow for tokens that may be empty, much in the same way as we can do mailings with empty tokens. We don't necessarily need to set a default value. If empty, the token can just be skipped.
I'd like the ability to hit a button to refresh the report that is built via Mass Edit. I'd like to see this similar to the function in Report Builder to refresh a report. Right now, in order to refresh the Mass Edit report, I have to make a change to Show or Filter (change it back) and hit Run to refresh. There are some scenarios where I'd like to ensure that the Mass Edit report is current before hitting the Action or re-run the report right after an Action to ensure success.
Change UX of CTA > PlaybookUnder Consideration
When first using Gainsight, most people struggle to find the playbook drop down and instead will click directly on the CTA which opens up CTA information but does not show the tasks that need to be completed. It would be a better experience if clicking on the CTA opened up the playbook and: also opening the detail screen does not open the detail screen but details can be revealed with a click on an ℹ︎icon This will also simplify the number of clicks to complete a playbook
Timeline...Jiminny -Not Planned
We have a customer who wants improved timeline UI capabilities...so this is 1 of 2 ideas. In this idea, they would like to be able to integrate Jiminny into Gainsight so it is easier to log meeting notes, etc. I reviewed the timeline idea’s and don’t find a match. Vote for this if you find it important.
Milestones on the C360 pages have a default setting to show Oldest-Newest, but it would be great if users had the ability to change the order to Newest-Oldest. As we generate more and more milestones, it makes more sense for our org to see what was most recently loaded instead of what the oldest milestone was. We've created a report so users can filter in different ways, but having sorting abilities on the C360 would be helpful instead of navigating to and from the C360 page.
Hi Team, Currently, we are showing only the count of duplicates in object analyser, but when we are exporting by clickn on the below option mentioned in the screenshot also downloaded the count of duplicates but not the duplicates data. Can we provide an option to download the duplicate data values instead of exporting the count.
Mass edit relationshipsUnder Consideration
I think it could be helpful to have a mass edit tool for relationships that allows you to post status updates to multiple relationships and relationship types at once to help improve time efficiency for CSMs. In the cases where a standardized status updates needs to be given for multiple relationships or relationship types by account this feature could help speed up that process.
Dated Currency Conversions - MulticurrencyNot Planned
Salesforce supports advanced currency management that allows users to manage dated exchange rates within opportunities. Dated exchange rates allow one to map a conversion rate to a specific date range. Based on the start date and end date for a given conversion rate, a closed opportunity amount would differ even while using the same currency. Some of our customers have requested for this feature, it’s good to include this feature in our product as well.
