Feature Request: The ability to edit comments in the chatter feedImplemented

I would love to have the ability to be able to edit a comment once it is submitted in the chatter feed within a CTA. Currently, I only have the options to delete, or edit topics which only allow me to change the hashtags we use.

Tracking Different Links Clicked in an OutreachImplemented

Would like to have the ability to track unique clicks in an outreach.  IE if the outreach has four different links it would be nice to be able to see which link was clicked the most.

When creating a dashboard, we would like to have a description other than the report name in or next to the container. Something like a title, etc. you have in SFDC dashboards.

Want to have the ability to set default values on the MDA table itselfPlanned

While working with a customer, we have noticed that there are situations where a customer may want to aggregate a null Salesforce field while pushing data to an MDA table.   In a Load to MDA rule, you can set the default value to "0", however when you aggregate a null value, the value remains null regardless of what default value you set.  This is because when the aggregation happens, the aggregated value of null is null, and the MDA recognizes that as a value. What I am proposing is the ability to actually set a default value on the field level when you create a field in the MDA.  So for example, if I create a new field in an MDA table called "test 1", I'd like to have a dropdown or checkbox to set a default value in field properties when I create the field itself.

Ability for each user to select the reports they want in the success snapshotNot Planned

Currently our success snapshots have multiple slides that display the same data but in different formats. The user then goes through and deletes what they do not want to show the customer. it would be ideal for the user to hit the export button and then a configuration window pops up where they can check a box next to the reports they want to see and potentially in whatever order they want to see them. All I would have to do as an admin is supply the reports for that Success Snapshot that would be included in the list of reports to "check" as a user.

Generating metrics for scheduled daily reoccurring outreachesImplemented

Hello! I currently have quite a few outreaches that I schedule to send out on a daily basis automatically. However, when doing so, I've noticed that the response metrics (ie. open rate, total opens, etc.) remain as an overall average of each individual outreach. Add the ability to cap automated co-pilot email sendsUnder Consideration

We have a power list created everyday of newly designated admins. Because these users are new to the admin role (and are critical to a successful deployment), we are leveraging co-pilot to  send an email with various resources (help materials, offers for consultations, training etc). We'd like for co-pilot to add a capping functionality to protect against spamming a high volume of users unnecessarily. We know historically that ~15 admin changes happen a day. The protection we want to build is: Do not trigger the new admin email if the power list has 20 or more contacts generated. This is a extra layer of protection to guard against potential upstream data issues.

Filter by Fiscal Quarter in Rules EnginePlanned

We would like the ability to filter by fiscal date within the Rules Engine Setup Rule. We have some rules that power MDA and reporting that report only on current FQ. Each new quarter, we have to manually adjust the dates to the current quarter, so this will become unscalable once our number of rules grow. Cockpit Calendar ViewUnder Consideration

One of our CSMs using the Calendar view of Cockpit frequently, and mentioned it would be nice to have the same grouping by Due Date that you have in the List View. So, when you goes to the Calendar, let's say she clicks on this week, she'd want to see all CTAs with a due date of this week or any that are also Overdue so she doesn't have to click back to all the previous weeks.

Sort a report by multiple columnsPlanned

I'm running a report against an MDA object. Two key columns are the account name, and then the date for the specific data point. I can sort by Account... or date... but not by "Account and then date within account." So if I want to see week 1-4 in order for an account, i'm having to sort by date and then filter to a specific account. In Excel this would be easy, right?

Exporting Survey ResponseNo Status

If you export survey reposes from the survey tab and there is a special character the formatting of the CSV gets messed up.  We currently only support UTF 8 on this export, but would need different formatting for this to display correctly.  I am able to open it successfully in Google Sheets, but not excel.

Is it possible to add overall score to scorecard fact?  Also can we get the label names instead of hexadecimal values?  This is for reporting purposes.

Exporting CockpitImplemented

When you apply filters to the cockpit, and then, export, the export doesn't respect your filters.  The export you receive has every CTA in the CSV.  It would be nice to see the export respect the filters that have been applied.

Alternative to "No Data Found" for dashboard displaysNot Planned

I would love to be able to praise CSMs for staying on top of their data integrity. I built them a dashboard that shows them whether they have any accounts with no scorecard data. If all of their clients have at least one scorecard rating, I'd rather the dashboard display "Nice work!" instead of "No Data Found" as this can be misleading. The lack of data is the goal state. If, conversely, the lack of data is bad, I'd like to be able to personalize that message too. Collapse Charts if No ResultsUnder Consideration

When a chart has no results, it would be great for it to auto-collapse to make space for other charts. For example, our Executive Dashboard lists high priority support tickets but if/when this returns no results, it would be great if this collapsed to a smaller size (perhaps just showing title) to free up the space.

HTML Toggle option on Task DescriptionsUnder Consideration

It may be beneficial for customers who are often pasting comments into the Description of tasks to have the option to toggle the support of HTML within the description box, possibly based on a tenant to tenant basis. A customer who pastes comments into the description of tasks will see their text with an extra line break unless pasting the comment into Notepad or another .rtf and this may be a way to avoid this extra step. Thanks!

Add fields to NPS/Survey objects to include in reportingImplemented

Customer has an export from a survey which gives Account Name, Contact, Email... but the client would like to be able to throw a field into that report which is a "sub ID" (custom field created for each customer).  Currently there is no way to create a field and push to survey objects. Potentially Data spaces would solve this??

Be able to use merge fields in a url rules engine emailImplemented

Currently it is not possible to use merge fields in a URL from a SFDC email template in a rules engine email. It is not possible to map the tokens. The use case is that they are trying to tokenize the url link using these merge fields. I have a customer that would like to do this.
