Option to select Monthly or Weekly Trend in C360 Scorecard measuresNo Status

Hello Scorecard team, If customer is updating scores of measures on Monthly basis, it makes sense to have an option to select Monthly Trend view instead of Weekly Trend. But, right now, we do not have an option.Right now it is WEEKLY trend by default. I know we are tracking Monthly snapshot in history object but no way to select to see monthly trend on UI. Thanks.

Validation options for Survey 2.0 questionsAcknowledged

I'm using Survey 2.0 and I wanted to add a phone number field. There isn't a type for phone and there isn't an option to put in some validation for any question types, not even a string length of say 15. It would be nice if we could: [list] [*]Have field validation options [*]Have field types for email, phone (including int'l) [*]Set specific field lengths verses choosing default options[/list]

Add a "floater" to a People MapUnder Consideration

Hello - Is it possible to add a person to a people map that is separate from the rest of the org chart (“floating”). I have a CSM that has someone that they want to add, but they don’t know who they report to yet, so no one to tie them to. Thanks

Append section/data designer name to confirmation boxNo Status

Would it be possible to add the data designer/section name to the confirmation box when you select delete on something?I see this has been brought in to the rules engine, and it would be good to also have it included in data designer, or in company/relationship when deleting sections, so that it reduces the risk of deleting the wrong thing.

Automatically calculate daily deltasNo Status

Hi -- we get daily snapshots for various products. In many cases it's a "current total" view. So on day 1 there are 100 actions and on day 2 there are 110 actions. Getting P&E to agree to send me "10" for day 2 instead of "110" can be difficult. It would be great if we could automatically do this kind of "daily delta" within Gainsight. The key is that the aggregate key needs to be definable. The calculated field in the rules engine can be used to accomplish this at the account level (with a bit of work) but in our case an account can have multiple objects and each have their own activity counts.

Better and more descriptive error message when report export fails.Acknowledged

Can we have a more descriptive error message when exports fails due to number of records more than 100K.? Currently we get something like this - Your request to export "XXX AI AA Usage Detail" report failed due to the following reason(s) : Invalid report details to export

Horizon Analytics RSS WidgetResponse from Customer

Would it be possible to add an RSS feed widget for dashboards in Horizon Analytics? I like the new webpage feature, but often adding a whole website iframe when you just want to pull in for example a blog page adds a load of noise and the additional menus which can make it hard to read the content you are interested in.An RSS widget would let us bring in just the content we want and have this highlighted on our dashboards in a cleaner way. Thanks

Ability to change Survey Property Email Service type on a published survey would be nice instead of having to create new survey!Workaround Available

Published surveys lock in email service delivery type.  If a transition from manual add participants to powerlist distribution via an outreach the survey must be redone.

Report on most recent timeline activities for all accountsWorkaround Available

We would like to add visibility to our leadership on when was the last time a Customer was engaged. Timeline would be the perfect feature to report this from, however there isn't a way to report on that. I can pull reports with timeline activities and summarize them by Max Date. That would give me the Last Entry, however there isn't much I can do from here.

CTA Milestones show up based on Created Date not closed date.No Status

Customer has noticed that when creating a milestone off of a CTA, it doesn't show up in reporting until you close out the CTA. I assume this is plotted based on closed date and not created. Would it be possible to plot this off created date instead of closed date. Is this possible?  Thanks, Steve Davis

Feature Request - [Timeline] Progress/Loading Bar When A Wait Is Involved in Loading TimelineNo Status

It is found when loading timeline draft/activity with large note, it can sometime take a while depending on what it contains. During this time while loading, it very much looks as if things are frozen. Would suggest to implement a progress bar to indicate that more time is needed to load the contents of a given timeline.

Scorecards for UsersNot Planned

Hello - Do you have any plans to implement a scorecard measure for Gainsight users?  Adoption is such a big part of being a Gainsight admin, and it would be amazing to set thresholds for users in a rules engine and use them to populate a scorecard.   Currently, we use reports and dashboards to leverage this, but I think there is high value in being able to leverage the power of scorecards. Some use case examples: Easy to track new hire Gainsight adoption. Create CTAs/Programs to end users and leadership if usage trends downwards. Create easy to digest reporting across the org for user adoption. New process/feature adoption metrics

Map Gainsight Standard Fields checked by default when using Surveys 2.0 in ProgramsAcknowledged

In support we have seen some issues with the "Map Gainsight Standard fields" within the participant setup. Seems when using a 2.0 survey, this box defaults to checked. This makes the program use company id and person id instead of contact id and account id. This has led to a few people setting this up wrong and mapping SFDC fields to this which causes the program not to work quite right. Can we make this clearer in the product? Or instead of checking it by default, make it a required option to select within the participant setup? When pointing this out to customers, they figured since it was checked by default nothing needed to be changed.

Save global dashboard filter settingsNo Status

It would be very useful to be able to save the settings of global dashboard filters. For example, our users often deepdive into specific sets of customers by selecting the customer names in a global filter. This is a lot of work, so it would be handy to be able to save such a filter to re-use it in the future (similar to the available functionality in Gainsight PX).

World Map report type - Horizon AnalyticsNo Status

I’d love to be able to have a World Map report type that could be used to plot the location of customers across the globe.Ideally this would be a zoomable map, where location data from the Company object could be used to plot customer locations.If many customers are located in a similar area, I’d love to see cluster pins like those attached used to highlight this. Pins (either singular or cluster) could be interactive to open up drill down options as per other report types.Is this something that could be adopted by Gainsight in the future? It would be a powerful reporting enhancement IMO

Logging emails to the Activity History within an Implementation Project (Salesforce)Under Consideration

Hello! I know there is now an added feature to log email outreaches to the contact's activity. However, I am also wondering if it would be possible to log these emails under the '[b]Activity History[/b]' within an [b]Implementation Project[/b] in Salesforce. That way the Implementation Analyst can clearly see and track what activity has occurred for their project and have more meaningful conversations. Thank you! -Melissa

JO Activity on C360No Status

We would like to be able to add a section to the C360 that would list the email templates or outreaches the account has been a participant in to show open rates. We use both outreaches and JO programs to send emails today based on the need. The information is logged in two different objects, preventing us from adding a single report on the C360 that would show all emails sent to contacts on the associated account and open dates, open count, etc.

Survey Branch a yes or no question where no ends the surveyUnder Consideration

I don't seem to be able to branch from a "no"  response to end the survey. I want to allow the survey participants to self select out of one or both of the sections in my survey. I can skip the first section via branching but when i take them to the opt-out question for the second section and they select "no" I want the survey to end but it will not do that.  Is there a way for me to set this up so that the survey will end with a "no" choice and continue on with a "yes"

Expose source field from timeline object while creating new timeline viewsAcknowledged

Hi Team, Posting this request on behalf of customer.In Timeline V2 we have given feasibility to create new timeline views based on limited set of fields on timeline object.However customer has a use case where they wanted to see the data of timeline activities generated through CTAs source.This couldn’t be achieved since the field “source” present on timeline object isn’t exposed while creating new views. It is a very useful enhancement to give the customer a free hand to filter out all the source based activities. Regards,Jagadeesh

Exportable Rules Analyzer: Audit Stats > 60 daysNo Status

when inheriting an existing instance, it sure would be nice to get an audit log of everyone who has touched a rule.  We can get at the history in the Audit Stats Graph but only for 60 days at a time - can we get an exportable view for a longer time period and/or just expose the object that tracks that information to the report builder?

Ability to use Contains Operator with Fields in Rules EngineNot Planned

Rules Engine only allows you to use the Contains operator with Values, not Fields: Options for Value​​​​​​Options for FieldIt would be very helpful if we could use the Contains and Does Not Contain operators when using fields fields because there are some cases where we want to look at a larger string or text area value and see if it contains or does not contain another field. For example, if I had String A and String B and want to see if A contains B.  I can see this being useful for filters as well as case expressions. If there is a current workaround for this, I would love to hear about it!
