Organize rules similar to how reports are now organizedUnder Consideration

The recent addition of organizing reports is a great start; however, rules still potentially suffer from visual pollution (especially as one gets to dozens or hundreds of rules).  While the filtering capability is good, the ability to organize in a taxonomy similar to reports would be welcome (or tags or some other methods).  Right now most folks just use sloppy namespacing.

relationship 360 exportImplemented

Would like to have the ability to create a relationship 360 export similiar to Customer level that exits.  All of our data is stored at relationship level, and critical to be able to do so.

[CISCO ENHANCEMENT REQUEST] Ability to assign "NULL" value to fields in Rules Engine/Business LogicImplemented

The current Rules Engine does not allow you to null out a field value in a Load action; we are having to create dummy fields called "NULL" and explicitly map that NULL attribute to a target attribute, resulting in a lot of garbage fields

Stacked Line Chart in Report BuilderUnder Consideration

I'm posting this request on behalf of a customer.  I've been presented with a request to have a stacked line chart in Report Builder. The customer tried to utilize the Area chart but the lines are overlayed, and not stacked. Have there been any other requests for this kind of report?  Is it something we might be able to provide in the future? Thanks!

On the Case widget in the c360 make it so that if you click it you are taken to the case sectionNo Status

Just like when you click on the CTA widget it takes you to the CTA section. Need the same with the case widget.

Scorecards - Detailed view as defaultImplemented

On the C360 Page, it would be ideal for us Admins to set the default scorecard view. I'd rather use the Detail view than the Historical View. In the past this was the opposite but as requirements change, I realize this would be helpful to set it the same for all regardless of which one we want to use when training new users.

Centralized Rules NotificationsUnder Consideration

I have a client who is going out for a temporary leave and was wanting to quickly change the email that comes upon a rule failure. Currently the only two options appear to be a) manually update each rule with this persons email (and then switch it back upon arrival) or b) setup an email rule which forwards those emails over to another user. This customer has hundred of rules so this isn't a quick task.  The Ask: A Centralized "notification" option for rules engine in which a user can setup things like global email addresses for notifications across all rules, or even a group of rules.

Ability to Set "Milestone Enabled" field on Call to Action Object AutomaticallyImplemented

Customer is trying to use a rule to set the "Milestone Enabled" field to "True". I know there is a limitation in which you cant load to GS objects using rules engine and that would be our preferred way of setting this automatically.

Report Dependency View Only Tracks Use in C360 or DashboardsUnder Consideration

When looking at reports in report builder and checking where its used, "Used In" detail only tracks C360 and Dashboard Use. Please expand to R360 Views, Shared Views, Snapshots, Copilot, and other views not supported in tracking if possible. It would make verification much easier to know if the report is indeed the one that should be changed or replaced. Adding criteria to Revenue BandsNo Status

We have CSMs in the US, UK and soon to be Australia. We want to dictate an engagement model by spend, however the revenue bands need to be a different spend amount per region (due to the ACV material amount being different in one region vs. another). The ideal solution would be to be able to add Criteria to the revenue bands. An example would be that our Community segment in the US is $0-50k USD, but $0-25k GBP in the UK. Is this possible?

Forwarding Copilot outreaches from Apple MailNo Status

We have a use case where CSMs are receiving outreaches for their customers that have usage reports embedded into it.  The CSM reviews the report and forwards to their customer.  We have found that using Apple mail on an Iphone (and also Outlook 2011) is sending the wrong reports when the email is forwarded.   For example, the CSM reviews an email for Customer 1, then reviews an email for Customer 2, and then reviews the email for Customer 3.  They forward the email for Customer 3 to the customer.  The customer then receives the email and the reports in the outreach are wrong.  The reports contain the data for the previous 2 customers that the CSM had just reviewed these emails.  Seems like Apple mail is caching the previous reports when you forward the subsequent emails. If you view the emails on a computer, or gmail on a phone, they work just fine, and do not cause any errors when forwarded.  Also, if you receive a copy of the email using the

Ability for someone to subscribe to emails if they received a forwarded emailWorkaround Available

I have a customer who is sending out a weekly digest to their users including tips and tricks. The customer is hoping that the contact is forwarding these emails to their teams on a weekly basis. The hope is that users will find value and want to directly subscribe to these updates. The customer would like the ability for someone to "subscribe" to future emails via an outreach they had forwarded to them.

Exporting multiple customer Success SnapshotsNot Planned

A customer would like to export multiple customer Success Snapshots at one time.  Use case: for executive review meetings, team will review ~40 customers, which requires the team to export a success snapshot for each customer and collate them using Automator. If there's a way to select multiple customers and export a snapshot for each at one time, please let me know as it would save some time. Or this could be a good idea for roadmap! Thanks for any insight.

Co-Pilot: skip executions after a schedule has been setNot Planned

We would like the ability to skip or disable individual scheduled outreaches. For example; we would like to skip the outreaches scheduled on 12/25 but are unable to without adjusting or deleting the entire scheduled outeach.

Rule dialog box (like Rule Deleted Successfully)- on screen too longUnder Consideration

This might be kind of petty, but all the little dialog boxes that pop up in the right corner of the screen are either 1) in the wrong place or 2) showing for too long.  And if there are multiple ones that come up, it can take even longer.  They might only display for like 5 seconds, but when I want to create a new rule or change something, and the dialog box is in the way, I feel super demotivated waiting to get started on the new thing I want to do. Just a thought, could we reduce the onscreen time of this thing, OR, move it to another part of the screen? Backslash \ in Activity name breaks export to CSV (return char)No Status

If you have a backslash in the activity name, it can break csv parsing as it can viewed as a return character.  This is a further problem as only the person that logged the activity can change the subject name.

When sending Survey via CoPilot, would like to see list of Undelivered recipientsNo Status

When I send a [b]Survey[/b] using [b]CoPilot[/b], I can go to the [b]Analyze[/b] tab for the [b]Survey[/b], click on the [b]Responded[/b] bar on the [b]Survey Response Statistics[/b] and get a list of contacts. If I click on the [b]Undelivered[/b] bar, I get nothing (even though 465 didn't get through). I logged this as a ticket (11475) with Support because it seemed like a bug. Support responded and indicated that this is expected behavior because the data is pulled from the Survey object. The workaround is to go to the Cockpit -> CoPilot -> Outreaches and view the Execution History. The challenge is that it's unstructured text and therefore difficult to use to update a list of Contacts to mark them as having bad addresses. My suggestion would be to provide the same functionality for [b]Undelivered[/b] that one gets when clicking on [b]Responded[/b]. In fact, it would be good to see lists of contacts for each of the bars. This would involve creating an object that has foreign

sponsor tracking "Get Notified" is misleadingUnder Consideration

The sponsor tracking "Get Notified" link is misleading since there is no outbound notification to the Rep when the match is found. I suggest changing this link to "Request Match". Providing a notification to the AM would also be great. This could be something like a weekly batch email.
