Change UX Colors on Timeline Entries so They're Easier to ReadUnder Consideration
The new user interface has too much whitespace. It makes the timeline entries look like they run into each other (or it looks like one big expanded timeline entry) and it’s hard to consume. Can you make the Timeline Entry titles or the background a different color so it’s easier to decipher between them? New UXOld UX
Ability to import brand specific fontsResponse from Customer
I am looking to try and keep my NPS survey on brand as much as possible. Is there a way to import fonts into the theme or would I need to draft the NPS template outside of GS and import the whole thing? Currently there are only 4 fonts and a default in the drop down. I have had numerous end users question the NPS as SPAM or phishing emails as it does not represent the brand images/format they usually see.
Filtering in drill down reports.No Status
Posting on behalf of customer. Currently on reports that contain a drill down, if you want to apply filters to the drill down section of a report you need to apply them globally on the report itself. This potentially filters out data at the global level which you want to see.The use case here is that you’d like to see a holistic view at the global report level and then when you drill down you’d like to see specific data filtered down per dataset.
We would like for our org to be able to use filter on their own reports within dashboard. However when creating job aids, we have a hard time helping people understand the drop down of options when looking at filters. There is a hide function but that function will hide something from all users not just CSMs. Is there way we can designate who to hide filter fields from so that when editing dashboard reports they see what is relevant for them and not the full list an admin would need?Darshana

Is it possible to link a sandbox to a production instance so that we don’t have to continuously add the migration token each time we create a new migration job? Ideally it would be preferred if we can just enter the target migration code once and reuse it multiple times.

Hi Team, Posting this request on behalf of a customer.Currently when a related list is configured on standard salesforce objects like opportunity,case etc, and when record types are enabled in user’s org, creation of new records within this C360 page for corresponding records are not hiding record types that are not applicable to logged in user’s profile. All the available record types are exposed as the context is taken as Oauth user here in this case.Expectation here is to hide un-relevant record types that are not applicable to logged in user’s profile. How to ingest data into Relationship Person through Bionic rule: While we are setting up any configuration at an account level, we make use of Company Person object to browse through the respective contacts associated with that account. We have a direct connector job in connector 2.0 to sync the data from SFDC to Company Person object in Gainsight, which makes our job easier. But when you are setting up something at a Relationship level, we need to sync the Relationship Person object to bring the user level details of that relationship. Since we do not have the connector job to sync the relationship data, we need to configure the Bionic rule with the Action “Load to People”. The rule configuration is easy except the lookup configuration in the setup action. Let me show step by step simply and stress more on the lookup configuration in more detail. Create a new rule at “Account” level. Fetch the contacts from SFDC Contact object Fetch the Relationship details Relationship Contact
I had a great idea on how to leverage the C360 Summary tab Comment (not really utilized today as it is a free form memo field without author or audit ability) to surface the latest activity from CSM or AMs for Management/Executives. Writing to that field needs to be done in a single shot - so I went to the Concat Transformation to design...However - admins do not have the ability to leverage Date or Number fields in Concat Transformations. Nor do we have the ability to use String functions to convert the fields types to be usable.Who would love to have the ability to add Date or Numeric values in concatenate transformations?
Find and replace text using rules.Under Consideration
Posting on behalf of customer. Currently in rules it doesn’t appear that we have the ability to find and replace text using rules efficiently. An example is a text field with 'Test;Test'. You would find ';' and replace that with 'and'. Would be nice to have an easy ‘find and replace’ option in a transformation task or something.

Hello Team,Recently, I came across a situation where the Rule execution history showing as below, when it failed for crossing the limit of 30 Miniutes Time Out error :: “Error occurred in action: Action 1 - Load To Opportunity - Task - Merge Close Type : exception.SystemException:--------------------------------------------------------------Exception occurred while polling status of bulk api action" I believe, If we could change the error information in the Rule execution history as “Bulk API Error – Timeout – Rule exceeded 30 minutes run time, it would be helpful for end users. Thank You
Little clicks that could be better. Timeline entry, 3 dots > Share Link, a pop up, THEN click Copy – how about just a copy button for 1 click Exporting all timeline. I can copy individual entries (the spacing is too big, always drives me nuts, I have to edit after pasting), but to do all entries at once, there is no way. For instance, I want to filter to Milestone type, and copy out all of those to share with a senior leader or sales. Or all Risk items. Or all emails. Can’t do it.
Team,Currently, we are not carried SAML Configuration over to new Sandbox. So few of client have a process to require SSO login via SAML, So it is tough for client to re-create SAML everytime after the refresh. Can we consider this asset to be part of the Tenant Copy in future release.
We are using a program to send a bi-weekly, exception style email to our CSMs to give insights into areas of Gainsight to help with account maintenance. I can only see it possible to schedule programs daily, weekly and monthly. Can we have more flexibility in scheduling? We require to send this every 2 weeks. Weekly is too much and monthly, not enough.
Admin UI Rule Status TrackerNo Status
Wouldn’t it be cool to NOT have to always nav to “Execution History” when firing off a test run to check status or results? Wouldn’t it be cool to be able to see if a rule was running (test/live) while you were working on it? I find myself asking these questions more frequently as we have more needs as well as active updates to the system. It would be nice to have some place in the Rule UI that could/would display “Rule Status” or something? As an Admin, I believe this would be very beneficial from a work-management perspective as well as quality of life by reducing clicks back to Report Builder, click on the Rule you were just in and working on and triggered a run, and then to click further to get to the Execution History.Below I have highlighted some areas that appear static throughout the rule that could possibly be leveraged for something like this. Could there even be a step 5 “Results” or “Outcome” maybe?
It would be great to add a Gainsight Analyzer feature for Journey Orchestrator, in the same way we have it for Rules Engine, Cockpit, Scorecard, Objects, etc.We don’t have a way to monitor the performance of our programs, and when we experience significant ‘Queued’ times or lengthy sync times this would be a useful feature to have.
In Nxt, when you click on Scorecards on the menu, it takes you to Scorecards 2.0. This is probably a pretty minor change but for consistency’s sake, I would eliminate the “2.0”. I Nxt, there is no longer a notion of Scorecards 1.0 and Scorecard 2.0 for admins. Its just one scorecard feature now. Scorecard Menu Scorecard Page

We have a channel where people around the company can engage with the Customer Success team. There are some great questions and conversations.The question I don’t like is “who is the CSM for _____” which is, of course, data that they can source on their own.What I’d like to do is be able to invite the Slack integration to this channel and have it subscribed to the message event and basically listen for that phrase. It can then come back and offer to help the user directly, as well as offering additional insights to the customer. We could reduce the CS work to reply, get the requester a faster response, and actually create more awareness of the data that is available through Gainsight.
