Gainsight Lightweight WidgetUnder Consideration

Hi All, We are thinking of building a light weight version of Gainsight widget aimed at customers who are already users of Gainsight but want to expand the usage of Gainsight across their organisation to other teams. The use cases for the widget are currently optimised for the sales teams but could potentially expand in the future.  We have shortlisted some of the existing components of Gainsight which we believe would be helpful across other teams like Summary,Scorecard,Features and some form of cross customer reporting to help sales users in their prospect targeting. a. What do you think of the above idea? b. What are the components of Gainsight you think other teams could benefit from? Also , we are looking at different approaches to distribute this light weight widget (private app,public app). Please comment below on your thoughts and we can do a deep dive on this idea. This will help us in making sure what we are planning to build would help your organisation needs. T

When sending emails through Cockpit, there currently is only an option to "Send now". This could be enhanced with the option to schedule a specific time for this email to be sent.

Adding Data Spaces reports to C360Implemented

Would be great to add Data Spaces reports to the C360.  Is this a feature enhancement coming soon to this awesome new feature? Case in point: have created a data space for a Team related to my custom object.  However, I can't show a report I built on that data space on the c360.

Gainsight surveys are not screen reading sw for visually impaired friendlyNo Status

Hello, one of our customers was complaining he is having difficulties responding to our survey (transactional) using JAWS software (I think this would be valid for all software for visually impaired people). The problems are following: ********************************** For questions that contains a rating from  1-10 I have the following issues: 1. Navigating using the keyboard skips over the radio buttons.  The arrow navigation moves from reading one question to the next but does not move into the radio button so that I can select my choice. 2.  When using the mouse it selects the entire row of radio button as if it was one object.  I cannot select the individual radio button. ********************************** I know you probably cannot do anything with it right now, but please take this into consideration when designing the surveys. Ability to assign CTAs to a User's ManagerImplemented

It would be nice if we had the ability to assign CTAs to the manager of a User by looking into the User data for that person for Salesforce and assigning it to their manager. This would help with closed loop with surveys.

CoPilot - built-in feature to send daily outreaches but skip weekendsUnder Consideration

I'm posting this on behalf of Dom from Adobe Sign:  The Adobe team would love to have an easy way to schedule daily outreaches in CoPIlot to be sent on week days. These need to be driven off specific days (e.g. sent 4 days after onboarding start date) The issues arise when they don't want emails to go out on a weekend (Sat. and Sunday). There is currently no easy way to ensure the outreaches do not go out on the weekend, and then on Monday all of the outreaches that would have been sent on Friday or Saturday (as they meet the criteria of being 4 days after onboarding start date for example) are set.  Currently the workarounds are creating a separate powerlist/outreach for weekend outreaches (scheduled on Mondays), or adjusting the rule criteria to be a range (onboarding start date is less than n-4 but greater than n-6) but these present other challenges

"Nudge" feature for CTAs that do not belong to youNo Status

In the course of managing a customer account, sometimes CTAs get assigned to various individuals - not just the CSM. If one of the individuals who is assigned a CTA has not taken action on it in a while, it would be cool if there was a "nudge" button in cockpit that would let another user trigger a reminder to the CTA owner that the CTA needs attention.

relationship 360 exportImplemented

Would like to have the ability to create a relationship 360 export similiar to Customer level that exits.  All of our data is stored at relationship level, and critical to be able to do so.

Cockpit: Include Closed Date on the CTA DetailsImplemented

Ability Customize Success Plan template (fonts, etc.)Acknowledged

It would be great to be able to customize the font of what is exported from Gainsight into a Powerpoint. Our company template has a different font in the slide master, but the Gainsight slide only export as Arial with no option to customize. This creates additional steps when finalizing our CSP before presenting to a customer.

Filtering in Reports for "does not start with"No Status

I'm trying to create a report on our Google Analytics data that excludes the 'system users', where our product is accessing the product on our customer's behalf to do nightly automated tasks. I like having those pageviews in the data, but I don't want them in this particular report. Those users are identifiable because their username begins with "ss-". I can filter a report for "contains", "does not contain", or "starts with", but I can't filter it for "does not start with". I tried to add the "starts with" filter and then change the advanced filtering logic ("A AND B") to "A NOT B", but I got an error that that expression was invalid. So perhaps this feature request is really to support "NOT" logic in those advanced filtering logic, which of course could also be useful in Rules, Power Lists, etc.

Auto Re-run Rules that TimeoutAcknowledged

Rules within Rules Engine periodically fail with the following error: - Error: Your query request was running for too long. - Error Code: QUERY_TIMEOUT It would be great with Gainsight Rules had a re-try feature when failures like this happend where you could retry up to X times every X minutes

Why am I not able to update fields in the MILESTONE object?Under Consideration

I need to insert a value in a field that sits in the Milestone object (a managed object), through a rule in Gainsight, but that object is not visible in the list (where we usually have Account, Contract, Contact etc). The Load to Milestone Action Type is not useful, because I do not want to add a new Milestone, I just need to add data into another field for the milestones I already have. Ability to act on emails that were not sent from CoPilotNo Status

It would be great if all customers that were candidates for an outreach were logged in a table.  For example you could have Customer A, Customer B, and Customer C that should receive an email today.  The email for Customer A is sent and this appears in the email log table.  Customer B appears on Gainsights master reject list so it is rejected and does not appear in the email log table.  Customer C is missing a token so it also does not appear in the email log table.  The only way to know about Customer B and Customer C not being sent an email is to manually scan through every Outreach result email.  It would be great if these customers that are not emailed are also placed in the email log table with the reason why the email was not sent.  This way action could be take against those entries to notify the CSM that they need to current a customer email address or add a missing token.

Ability to provide CC option for outreach result notification in CoPilot.Implemented

This is on behalf of customer. As of now we do not have an option to notify CSM on the outreach result notification email and hence CSM cannot know whether the email address is bounced or rejected. This does not allow the CSM to know that they need to correct the customer's email address. Can we provide an option to cc the outreach result notification.

Edit what picklist the Customer section looks at when creating a CTAUnder Consideration

I'm posting this on behalf of a customer that has several accounts with the same name.  Because of this, CSMs are not sure which account they are really selecting when they manually create a CTA. The thought here is that we have a different section to pull from when assigning a CTA instead of just using CustomerInfo Name, as when you have several accounts with the same name, the drop down list when you search can be confusing.

HTML Email Editor ImprovementsImplemented

There are many times we start an email in the native editor, but we need to make adjustments in the HTML editor. This poses problems because of the divs. We've also found that it adds extra <span> tags.  Also, when we preview an email, it looks fine. However, when we send a test email the <span> create extra formatting that is not intended nor seen in the preview. Is there a way to improve the HTML Email editor to not include the <div> or at minimum not add extra <span>? It would also be nice to be able to do columns in the native interface.

Idea: Quickly Uncheck All Categories in GraphsNo Status

They'd like to have a button that would uncheck all of the categories so it does not need to be performed one-by-one. Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
