Hi Team, Customer is looking to have an associated object field in the Cockpit View as a link in the cockpit. Could you please share your views if the proposed use-case is achievable in Gainsight NXT?https://share.getcloudapp.com/BluYzPJnJustification: It's super tedious if we'd have to go into detail view>associated object every time.
Tool to purge UsageDataUnder Consideration
We've moved to Scorecard 2.0 and no longer need the data in the UsageData object. In order to get rid of that data, we have to use DataLoader and hard delete. That's do-able, but time consuming. I tried using Truncate, but it's not an option for custom objects in managed packages. I'd like a tool to remove all data from UsageData so I don't have to do that manually.
Problem statement: Not being able to add account object fields to rules loadable available fields.Reason: This required isCreateable permission on the fields.Workaround: 1)Grant "create permission" and move the fields over to available fields then remove the create permissions.2)Share the list of fields that needs to be added to the Gainsight team, so we can add them through the backend(add these fields to the available fields).Expectation: To come up with a long-term solution for the problem statement. i.e not to look for creatable permissions on fields while adding the fields to available fields.
We have several products, each tracked in a separate Mixpanel Project within our single Mixpanel Account. However, the Mixpanel -> Gainsight connector only allows a single project to be mapped, so we cannot use the data from the other projects (products) in our reports, rules etc, limiting the c360's effectiveness.. We'd love it if the connector supported multiple Mixpanel projects.
When editing the dashboard, the screen overlaps when zoom in and zoom out are applied.Under Consideration
One of the customer reported this odd behaviour. The screen overlaps in the dashboard builder, when the zoom is adjusted to 80% (zoom in or zoom out) screenshot 1: screenshot 2: screenshot 3: screenshot 4:
Multi-line reportNot Planned
We have a number of dashboards with reports that are a large number of columns and its getting difficult to display all of the columns on the screen. I was looking to have the ability to have multi-line reporting something like below:Line 1: Account Name, ARR, Renewal DateLine 2: Account Owner, CSM Name, Rich Text Field 1 Are there any upcoming options or options to do this today rather than the wrap text option?
Horizon Timeline: Ability to set default notes sizeResponse from Customer
We have received feedback from CSMs that the new Horizon Timeline experience compresses notes too much, in a way that makes it more difficult to see when on a call with a customer. It would be great to have CSMs be able to set the compression on timeline. If they had an option to see all notes at one time like the other timeline, or to compress like the new experience, that would help address this.
Gainsight Go Search Results Below the FoldUnder Consideration
This is a silly usability thing, but I wanted to offer it up to Lila & the documentation team regardless :-) When I search in Gainsight Go, my 13" MacBook screen crops off the page so that I can't actually see any of the results. Could the items at the top of the page be more space-efficient? I'd love to not have to scroll before seeing if I have any results at all, or before clicking directly to one of the top results, assuming that the search has pointed me towards what I'm looking for. See screenshot below. I'd also say that it's only now that I'm really [i]looking at the top of the page, after doing plenty of searching in the new Gainsight Go platform, that I realized what the giant icons across the top are [i]for. Super-useful, but my eye might have more readily understood them if there was a Funnel icon, or some visual clue to their [i]purpose, not just strong visual clues of their [i]meaning. Timeline attendee layoutAcknowledged
Add ability to choose and show certain field when you hover over the attendee list (especially external attendees) - which typically are from company person. For example: When you are tracking/review a timeline entry and want to know the role/title/latest NPS/timestamp of last product engagement - if we had the ability to hover over and choose such fields it will be very handy and helpful.
I have a customer who is a pretty big user of Email to Timeline. As we know, if a single contact is related to multiple companies, all Email to Timeline submissions for that contact automatically gets logged to drafts because Gainsight does not know which company to relate the email to. Right now, the Load to Person rule will load contact/company relationships into Gainsight, but I can't figure out a way to update contact/company relationships that have been removed. We would like these removed automatically so our Email to Timeline submissions don't go to drafts, as in the above workflow.
Hi Team, In Gainsight Zendesk Widget we display Widgets that are configured in our C360 page. Here when ARR fields are configured, we are not supporting Multi Currency. This feature will help users have multi currency and business across different countries and using this widget. Can we please add this in our roadmap. Thanks,Prathap.
Customer List scroll barUnder Consideration
Would be great if the customer tab bottom scroll option and headers stayed put so that our CSMs didnt have to scroll down to scroll over. In a truly iedal world, a CSM would be able to customize their own Customer List to include what they wanted to see.
Add quantity of entries next to TIMELINE headerUnder Consideration
My team, who deals in high volume account management, requested the following: I think it would be beneficial to add in a count next to "TIMELINE" view showing how many entries have been made. I find myself not utilizing the timeline view as much as the detail view since my notes would be in separate places and I would have to check both tabs each time I access an account which isn't tough, but it does take extra time when you're looking at 200 accounts. Basically if there were a parenthesis with the number of activities logged in there, this would give me a hint that I should check their timeline view out since there's notes in there.
Persistant Legends on ReportsUnder Consideration
I send usage reports internally and to customers through CoPilot on a fairly regular basis. Normally these are stacked bar charts with multiple measures beign displayed at once. This is fine, because the legend appears at the bottom to indicate which each of the colours are representing. When a user only has one type of measure being displayed on the graph though, the legend disappears. This is problematic because even I don't know which measure is being shown and it can cause confusion when trying to read the reports and understand our customer's usage patterns. It would be great if there was the ability to toggle an "always-on" legend so that I could have the measure display even when there is only one type of measure on the graph.
when inheriting an existing instance, it sure would be nice to get an audit log of everyone who has touched a rule. We can get at the history in the Audit Stats Graph but only for 60 days at a time - can we get an exportable view for a longer time period and/or just expose the object that tracks that information to the report builder?
Hi all, Right now Gainsight users must manually export survey results to have them sent in .csv form to the user's email. I would love to be able to schedule a regular, automated export of survey results. The destination could be email (as it works now) or ideally we could select a local folder location, Google drive, FTP or other destination. This would be extremely useful as a means to keep an extended group in our organization up to date on our customers' survey responses. Thanks!
Extend External Actions Character visibility limitUnder Consideration
Hi Team,Most of the customers are using external actions and events connections. As you can see in the screenshot there are issues with character visibility under the Field section. when using longer names, only 29 characters are visible, which is making difficult to recognise the correct fields. Are there any plans to increase the character limit (or) show the field name upon hovering the cursor on the field? Hi, Some of our CSMs (and others across our company) have been confused by the post renewal date language, "Overdue by XX days" on the renewal date section of the C360 summary. The language leading up to the renewal date is great, but the word "Overdue" is causing some unnecessary excitement. It would be great to be able to customize that language to not include anything after the renewal date passes. Thanks, Elise
Relationship within a RelationshipAcknowledged
Very pleased with relationships. To make it even better would be to have relationships within a relationships (a tree data structure). Our customers are provisioned application environments (relationship level 1) and those applications have various modules and feature (level 2 relationships to the application level 1 relationship). Maybe there is another way others have found helpful to manage, track and act on “sub-relationship”-type features/modules?
Customised Due date in CTA creationAcknowledged
While creating a CTA via a rule or manually we can either hardcore a Duedate or make it filled with the run date + N days. However if we have an ability to choose any date field from Company object like renewal date/Contract end date to be filled in the due date section of the Cockpit it would be super helpfulIssue: Right now we can only assign a hard core number of days to the duedate in the CTA layoutIdea: Ability to customise the duedate with any date field value available in the Company object.Example: While creating renewal CTAs an ability to customise the due date with the upcoming renewal date.
When I build rules and reports I'd like to be able to select User attributes other than Name and Email and filter on those items in order to better manage teams within the Gainsight user base at my organization. The current system only allows us to add or exclude users in a field one at a time, and this can be problematic in some circumstances such as CTA assignee name where any user could be represented.
When you look at the list of ongoing success plans, it appears that the default order is dictated by creation date, meaning that plans still active that should have been closed—but haven’t been—would appear first before the actual current plan. I would love to see an option to change how the plans are displayed, which one shows by default, etc.
