Hi Team,we are unable apply filter condition in the records with null values from picklist type field in Data permissions session. In repot builder we have an option to check whether we include null values. But permissions session we don't have this options.
Additional enhancement to the points by @sean_wilson here LINK: I love Widgets on Dashboards - really calling out insights that can be drilled into for more details. Ran into an issue when a pivot is made by the business. A new account attribute is core to our process moving forward. In our case, it replaces an older field that will be depreciated. So we need to weed out and remove the old, and add the new core account attribute to reports, drill-downs, and dashboard filters. ISSUE: This field is two lookups deep! To remove it from Widget Drill-Downs I have to go through a number of gymnastics of scrolling, clicking to expand, scrolling, expanding and hitting the checkbox on the Add Field section. PLEASE ADD A WAY TO REMOVE A FIELD AT THE COLUMN LEVEL AND NOT THE ‘+’ FIELD MENU!Great progress on being able to rename and reorder easily in HA Reporting - this is one further enhancement that gives Admins the ability to stay nimble while not having to do menu gymnastics as we evolve in
At time of writing this feature is still in Beta, but I wanted to surface a couple of key things that with the feature ‘as-is’ make it less compelling to adopt: Organization-Wide Email Permission Management:Currently, the owner of the email you want to use org-wide gets an email for each request to give one or more users the ability to use that email. You have to add each email manually (no groups or lookups, you have to hand type each one) to a request for each email address you want a user to have access to. So, if you add 500 users to a single request then one email goes out to the approver. If you do them one at a time they get 500 emails. If you have 2 email addresses you’d like users to have access to org-wide that would be up to 1000 approval emails sent. There doesn’t appear to be a way to report or mass edit who has access to which email either, so you have to manually verify and add/delete them as well. This is already quite tedious - even if you initially add all your current
Refresh Button on 360-Level CockpitNo Status
Similar to the refresh button on the Timeline, it would be very helpful to have a refresh button for the Cockpit section on the 360. Use case: if I add a follow up task to a Timeline activity and then go to the Cockpit to add more details to it, it is not yet there; the entire page must be refreshed in order for it to appear. No bueno.
Hi Team, This idea is invoked by client Khoros. Currently we don’t have the ability to delete the objectives even from Mass edit and engineering team is working on the same as an enhancement. Customer mentioned this point if product team is planning to get the feature/ability to delete the objectives from data operations page.Customer comments:Is it on the roadmap to allow the Admin to mass delete these in Data Operations in the future? that would be super helpful Please take a look into this request/suggestion from customer.
Not to be confused with my other post here: I am specifically looking to increase the number of fields you can configure at once:Right now you are capped at 4. Now, there may be a great reason why you don’t want to enable searching by more than 4, but: Not all fields you add to this list even allow you to search by them. Even if all fields permitted searching, you could just prevent saving if more than 4 are toggled on.what these fields really are, are display fields so you can tell when you’re searching for a CTA, what it’s related to, as well as see what it is related to once you’ve saved your timeline entry without having to click on it. Yes, this is an old picture: Even if you can’t search for more than four, displaying more than four as you see above is the goal. But, if we can also search for more than four, so much the better. @soumitrasahu fyi if this is relevant to you as well :)
Hello Team, When we open success plan, we will see an option at right corner to close the window. But we will not see such option when success plan is opened from a Report. Can we give an option to close the Success plan window when opened from Report. Regards,Srikanth
Email Update with Event Trigger Limit ReachedUnder Consideration
Similar to how Salesforce.com sends admins a notification when API call limits are reached, I would love to be notified when we are close to our limit related to the following: For a Customer, 100 event-triggered rule executions are allowed in a day (24-hour period). The 24-hour period is between 12 am in a day to the next 12 am UTC.https://support.gainsight.com/SFDC_Edition/Rules_Engine/Admin_Guides/Scheduling_Rules I did not know that I was constantly surpassing this limit until recently, and have just now found out, and am working on tightening up some rules and event calls. Had I been notified by the system, I could have avoided several internal CS Ops bug tickets and kept a smoother, more streamlined operation.
The concept of the “activity” page in the Rules Engine is nice in theory, but there are three significant UI improvements I’d like to see: First and foremost, let me navigate elsewhere. This drives me crazy that the hamburger menu and the Administration menu both disappear, meaning I just have to close the tab whenever I’m done with the Activity page. Add a refresh button. It seems that the only way to get an update on the rules that are running is to refresh the browser entirely. Why not have a refresh button like you have for individual rules? Speaking of which... Let me click into each individual rule to see the full details just like I can do in the Rules List view. I’d like to be able to see the full Execution History history or even edit the rule if I want. Thanks for considering.
JO Title changeNo Status
Hello, I notice that a JO title can not be changed. Is there anyway we can have the ability to edit this? It is annoying as we sunset a JO and want to create the same JO with updates to figure out what is what. The other enhancement that would also be acceptable here is a description box or a note section where we can add notes to indicate what the purpose of goal for this JO track is. I think this would be very helpful. Best Regards,Darshana Shah
It would be beneficial to be able to schedule a recurring outreach on the "Last Day of the Month" in Copilot. Since each month has a different number of days, a month-end email cannot be easily scheduled using the existing options based on numeric day of the month (my assumption being that choosing 31st would skip months with 28, 30 days) or weekday (last Monday of the month could be up to a week before month-end).
Rules Engine hierarchy- helping to visualize the different joinsWorkaround Available
I think it would be cool to change the experience for seeing joins in the Rules Engine. Right now, especially with standard objects, there are some many fields that have the same name. I think one of the following options would make it visually better: Add colors to the layers

First is black
Second is black
Third is green
etc
Add lines to the layers

So you can see which fields line up to which joins
We currently have a slew of dashboards that are broken out based on the function that they provide. This is a little cumbersome as we are starting to have too many dashboards to shift through. It would be great to be able to create a single dashboard that then has sections. For example: Dashboard: CSM Management Groups: Account Distribution, Customer Engagement, Team Performance In the example above, we have to have this broken out into 3 separate dashboards to help keep them organized. Something as simple as groups or line breaks would help provide separation and singular dashboards.
Integrate with TopBox to allow use of the Survey section in C360Under Consideration
We use TopBox as our VoC vendor and would like to make use of the survey section in C360. Today there is only a very manual way to handle (as described here). Survey data is time sensitive so uploading manually is simply not an option.
Ability to post to timeline from anywhere in GainsightUnder Consideration
We would love the ability to post to timeline from anywhere in the Gainsight application. Possibly located in the blue menu/search bar, a "+ Activity" option that pops up an activity entry. Obviously, there would need to be fields for Account and Relationship, like you enter for CTAs, but everything else would be exactly the same as any other activity log. The main reason for our request is that we plan to log a lot of our activity at the relationship level and not as much at the account. While getting to the account is not so difficult, it does take quite a few clicks to get to the relationship timeline.
+Add Button on C/R360 sectionsUnder Consideration
Customer has the following C360 sections: Cockpit (Standard Section) CTA (Report built off CTA object) CTA File Attachment (Report built off CTA file attachments). Now, All these of these have a button that says "+Add" which the customer wants. If you are in the standard "cockpit" section, it opens up the GS UI which is where they want to keep the CSM's working. The issue? If you click the "+add" button on any of the reports, it doesn't route you to a GS UI, but rather directly into the SFDC UI for the user to manually create the record. We've talked with the customer about removing permissions (which appears to be the only way to remove the buttons functionality), but that would remove their ability to then add a CTA at all (including the standard cockpit section). Ping me if you need more clarification here, I'd be happy to show you.
RFE: Cross Account Cohort Tracking (like the GS Success Express Workshop)Under Consideration
I'm sure most of us have been through the Success Express Workshop. When there, there were probably 10 to 15 folks (Contacts) representing 5 Accounts. Our company has some similar types of events such as Training events or what not which may be cross-account. Modeling this in GS as it exists is quite burdensome. Closest things I've been able to do are to create an MDA representing (for example) Training and load the events in that manner. With a schema something like: event_id event_location event_datetime account_id account_name contact_id contact_name contact_email The reason one would desire something like this is then we could track the cohort appropriately. Target them with outreaches and surveys. Watch their enablement over time. Etc.
The use-case is to store the survey response in a X field of the Opportunity. Opportunities can be both closed and open. All the responses of all the questions in survey to X field of related Opportunity. So suppose you have a question which has - A Checkbox B Checkbox C Checkbox D Checkbox E Checkbox comment: And, if participant selects A,B and C along with comments, tthen I want A+B+C+comments in X field of opportunity object.
Update Assets Available in VaultUnder Consideration
I've recently noticed two issues with Vault assets:

Email templates are downloaded as templates 1.0 rather than 2.0, hence making them un-usable for Advanced Outreach
All rules available in Vault are all still custom rules and therefore lack a bunch of the new functionality that bionic rules offer.
Do we have plans to update both of these assets at some point soon?
