Add Date Filters for Timeline on MobileNo Status

It looks like we have all the same filters in mobile as we do on desktop...except for being able to filter on Activity Date, which happens to be the filter I use most often. Are there plans to make this available?

Creating a new record when updating score of a measure using Dashboards/ ReportsNo Status

Usecase behind this:   “We have reps updating the COVID impact using both a timeline entry, and via the dashbaord and I have a rule that updates the score based on tiemline entires as well. But because of that, it overwrites their dashbaord updates. So was looking for a record of the dashboard updates to sonsider both, and only update based on the newest one ”

Rich Text Area in Scorecard DescriptionNo Status

It would be great if we could allow linking to external documentation within a Scorecard Description.  I have a customer who has comprehensive details on each of their scorecard measures in google docs.  They want to be able to have a hyperlink inside each Measure Description linking to the document so CSMs can have more context on each individual scorecard

Displaying release versions in the G360Acknowledged

It would be great if I was able to see which release version my production environment is in at any given time. The area that springs to mind for this purpose is the Gainsight 360. I am a Gainsight Admin without access to the Salesforce Setup page, so this information is currently unavailable to me without contacting one of our sfdc admins.

Reason to be added when reports won't openAcknowledged

Hi,  I recently have run into some issues with report builder where a field that was used on multiple reports was set to hidden in Data Management.  This caused the reports to try to open but not actually ever open or fail.  It would be great if reports could fail opening and then have a reason why they failed. This would allow admins to quickly fix the issue.  Thank you!

Ability to use Contains Operator with Fields in Rules EngineNot Planned

Rules Engine only allows you to use the Contains operator with Values, not Fields: Options for Value​​​​​​Options for FieldIt would be very helpful if we could use the Contains and Does Not Contain operators when using fields fields because there are some cases where we want to look at a larger string or text area value and see if it contains or does not contain another field. For example, if I had String A and String B and want to see if A contains B.  I can see this being useful for filters as well as case expressions. If there is a current workaround for this, I would love to hear about it!

[CISCO ENHANCEMENT REQUEST] Need an option to track products and features at relationship levelUnder Consideration

For Cisco, each Relationship is essentially 1 product and CuSMs manage these products at the Relationship level; we therefore should be tracking Features at the Relationship level, not just the Customer level. We have several use cases for this because a lot of our product adoption motions require CuSMs to track and drive adoption for specific product features; CuSMs work only at the Relationship 360 level Currently we have the option to track products and features are available only at account level.

Dashboard Email as an Excel Report instead of PPT, to modify easily.Not Planned

PSMs want to modify the reports they send to Partners, so that the partner will only see appropriate customers.

Ability to Bookmark Navigation Menu items in NXTNo Status

Simply, star your favorite items from the menu in NXT. Especially as an admin, I navigate to some pages very frequently. I tend to bookmark them in my browser but that can be too many to hold.Much like you bookmark a Dashboard, bookmark a menu item at any level so they can appear in the top of menu for your frequently used items.

Remove decimal place when tokenizing survey response scoresNo Status

If you tokenize the survey score in a NPS/Survey Program, it includes a decimal for some reason. It’s not a huge issue for my use case, since I’m creating CTAs with this information, but I certainly would not want to send an email to a customer thanking them for responding with a “9.0” score.

inconsistency with the "padlock" icon for unavailable fields in C360 Attributes sectionResponse from Customer

I had a customer bring to my attention that in the C360 attributes section the "padlock" is causing some confusion for users to know what they can and cannot edit. In the image below from my demo org I am able to replicate. All the fields below except for 3 or 4 I left unchecked for "editable" and they are just showing greyed out rather than with the padlock. Can we make it to where the padlock is always there for uneditable fields? Scorecards 2.0 - Horizon ExperienceNo Status

I’m getting a few complaints about the new Horizon version of Scorecard 2.0 from my CSEs. They say it takes more clicks to complete their update process. Here are a few suggestions:Currently we can see the last Timeline Entry (when in List View) for each Measure BUT this isn’t available in the Overall Score. Can this be made visible? When you click on a Measure and the Timeline comes up in the sidebar, would be fantastic if there was an arrow or Next button that would bring you to the next Measure so you don’t have to close out, click on the next Measure and then type in your update. It’s now an extra click to Renew a Measure, prior to Horizon we were able to do this via a hover/pop-up. If you add/update an activity (Timeline) for a scorecard item, the date associated with the score is automatically updated to the same day/time of the activity Save. If this was done, you wouldn't also have to click the "Renew" button to renew the date of the score.

Hi Team, The incorrect number of records is displayed for any report against an SFDC object that contains at least one group by (if there are more records retrieved than the “Show Limit” for the UI page). For example, there are 412 records, and I have selected to show 100 records per page, then “100" will be displayed for 4 pages, and 12 displayed for the last page.One suggestion is to remove the "Total Number of Records:" and "Click Here" for SFDC API queries that cannot return the correct number of records.https://share.getcloudapp.com/JrunDADE

Ability to link multiple users in Activity History ReportingUnder Consideration

I couldn't find any documentation regarding this but I apologize if it has already been posted before! The use case here is that we have a report built pulling in tasks from the Activity History in Salesforce and then generating that report onto the C360 page. We would still like to pull in all logged tasks from Salesforce into Gainsight since there are other teams at our company that don't have Gainsight access and there can be tasks in SF that are relevant or important for our CSMs. The issue some of our CSMs have mentioned with this report is that if they search on a contact name, the filter won't necessarily pull in all the relevant logged tasks. This is due to only being able to pull in and link the "primary contact" from the salesforce task. So, if there was an email sent by the sales team to multiple contacts at a company, I am only able to pull in the first linked contact name. So if the CSM wants to see all logged tasks associated with John Smith, but there were some tasks l

What is the best way to manage our contact information - stored in high volume object?Under Consideration

Due to sheer volume we have to keep our contact information in a high volume database. However, this means we cannot readily edit our contacts. If contacts are merged in SFDC they just stack up in GS with no real way of editing the records. Am I missing something? Is there an effective way for us to manage data in high volume objects?

Gmail plug in - be able to add recipients from different customers to an ad hoc email and log it in timeline.No Status

We would like the ability to email several customers ad hoc from our plug-in.JOs are great for segmented group of customers, however it would be great to be able to email several customers in one go and log it into their timeline - which the JOs don’t do!

Survey 2.0 Site update functionality in cloned programsAcknowledged

Right now, if you change a survey 2.0 site and clone a program using that survey, the site will not update unless you switch to another survey, save the program details page, switch back and save. The idea here is to always pull the up to date survey site when cloning from a program that used the older site before the update. The same is true for a deleted site as well which could cause a program to use a non existent survey site.

Adding more than 3 "Email Copy" recipients to program emailUnder Consideration

Was wondering if there was any work around giving admins the ability to add more than just 3 “email copy” recipients to an email template in a program. I set up a program to send survey completion notifications to leadership, and I’ve been receiving requests to add more people to the subscription list and for sure it is difficult with just a 3 person limit.
