Create CTAs in the Mobile AppAcknowledged

Hey guys, I'm posting this on behalf of a customer who mentioned that she thought it would be good if users could create CTAs from the mobile app.  She says that her users are not in front of their computers all of the time but that she thinks that the usability of the app would be greatly improved if users had the ability to do more than just observe Gainsight through the mobile app. Thanks! -Tom

Stop non admin users from deleting CTAsAcknowledged

We need the ability to only let administrators delete CTAs.  We would like our reps to close the CTAs and not delete them.

Make G360 reports more flexible for customers' adminsAcknowledged

Hi everyone - ​[url=https://community.gainsight.com/conversations/customer-ability-to-modify-g360-reports-5bc73e18e4b04588aaf86a81]I saw this post[/url] from a couple years ago about allowing more flexibility in G360 reporting. It's marked as "implemented," but I would argue that it's not really implemented. It's just telling customers to get in touch with their CSM to export all their usage data out of GonG. That's more of a workaround than a solution. I'd like to see us allow admins to access their usage data within their system out of the box as soon as they turn on the G360. Reason I bring this up is we get semi-frequent CSA requests from customers wanting our team to put together custom usage reports that they're unable to configure in the G360. This takes up quite a bit of time for our team and likely is frustrating for our customers too. If we could just let customers configure their own reports, it would be a win-win.

Allow for Gannt Chart style export of Success Plans for a one page snapshot of overall planAcknowledged

Our team is often creating additional documentation outside of Success Plans to help communicate the overall status of the plan to customers. The desire is to have a one pager to quickly go over the timeline and where each objective stands. Better yet, it would be a new 'tab' next to Collaboration that allows you to view a full summary that can be based off of Objectives and/or tasks within those objectives.

Inbound Email User ManagementAcknowledged

I am sure I’m not the only one rather annoyed by the fact that Inbound Email users, I.e. those who are able to use the BCC to Timeline function, are a) managed in an entirely separate section rather than right within User Management, and b) cannot be added by a CSV or at least selecting multiple users.  It would be amazing if this were just an easy “checkbox” within User Management.

Can we replicate the functionality google and other commenting sites have trained users on? You have received this email because you are subscribed to all discussions on ROI SP Tracking Aug 2019. Change what Google Docs sends you. [u][b]You can reply to this email to reply to the discussion.[/b][/u] [b][/b] (empahsis mine) Gainsight already knows the context and which timeline entry to post to. Is this on the roadmap? ETA?

CTA Boolean Fields should display as Checkboxes in CTA LayoutAcknowledged

Team,When we add a new custom boolean field on the CTA task layout, it is appearing as a dropdown menu with options of None, True and False. We do not see an option to make this a checkbox. Can we implement this future in roadmap?

Is there any work around that allows (Rich text area) in filter field in reporting.Acknowledged

I’m looking for a way to report on just NPS responses that have comments attached to them. The filter I’d like to be able to use is ‘Comment != NULL’ but Rich Text Area fields are not eligible to be used in filters on Reports or Rules. Is there a workaround to this somehow? I

[Feature Request] Allow reporting on Timeline AttachmentsAcknowledged

Posting on Behalf of a customer. Its found that given a timeline post with an attachment. User is not able to later make a report on those attachments via GS Report Builder on "Activity Timeline" MDA Object. Please make that available for use.

admin permissions - more granular permissionsAcknowledged

During an onsite with HPE, the request to have more granular admin permissions per user has come up.  As we are having a configuration across different use cases and business units working on different relationship, there is a requirement to have "limited admin" role for people who can only change configurations for specific relationships, or only carry out specific actions (e.g. only create reports, only create CTAs but disable other actions in the rule engine, etc.)

Tagging timeline activitiesAcknowledged

Our team would like the ability to tag Timeline activities in order to sort/segment easier.  For example, for meetings, they would like to tag with "on-site" or "remote".   Another use case is using tags to surface very important activities such as a phone call with a high ranking executive.  A tag of "Exec" would allow for easier sorting but the CSM and their Directors.   I anticipate heavy use of this feature and the ability to tag for easier sorting of key activities would be lovely!

Change the Status of Success Plans Using the Rules EngineAcknowledged

We can create Success Plans using rules. We can close Success Plan objectives using rules. But we can't close or change the status of Success Plans using rules. I think having the ability to close Success Plans using the rules engine would be beneficial. We could close the success plans based on specific usage data or healthscores, we could automatically close success plans if a client decides to cancel, we could change the status of the success plan depending on certain fields we build out, etc etc. We can use rules to create success plans... it makes sense for us to have the ability to close success plans using rules as well.

Can we please have the column headings in Connectors exports reflect the actual names of the columns instead of gsd#####??  It’s frustrating to try and make the correlation.   Example Export from Company Person connector failure:

Horizon Analytics feedbackAcknowledged

Not sure the best way to give feedback on Horizon Analytics since I don’t believe it is technically still in Beta… so will start this thread to capture as I am kicking the tires on it. When I try to access Custom Colors in the new UI, I open an existing entry and the data never loads (this was done in an Incognito browser window, so it’s not cache) When drilling down into a report from a dashboard, the “Analyze Report” button should not appear for users that do not have access to Report Builder.  When a non-privileged user clicks that button, they get a “403 Access Denied/Forbidden” error.  This will result in numerous tickets sent to admin teams saying there is a problem or requesting access.  This should be disabled for all users that do not have access to Report Builder. The option for a "back" button in the Surveys.Acknowledged

Currently in the Survey tool, the end recipient is unable to go "back" a page once they select "Next" page. Would love to have the option in case the end recipient needs to go back and edit/add/remove something.

Ability to change CTA types and reasonsAcknowledged

I have worked with multiple customers lately who have been restructuring the Type and Reasons of CTAs framework and  would like to know if it is possible to change the Type of some specific Reasons that they have today. For instance,  one Reason called "MMM" which is in Type = All and would like to have it in the Type = Event As of now this is not possible, is there any thought to have this ability in the future? Possibly in Mass?

Report Drill Down TemplatesAcknowledged

Imagine this…You build an awesome looking report with visualization (i.e. anything but Table or Mass Edit). You click into any of the components in order to add details for the drilldown. You click some button and select “Drilldown Template”. Suddenly, like magic, all your standard columns such as Company Name, Health Score, CSM, Account Owner, MRR, etc all appear.  I would think this would need to be templatized by object, i.e. a Company-based report would have its own templates; perhaps lookups would work, such as Company-based drilldown templates would be available on a Success Plan-based report since there is a Company lookup.  But man oh man would this be a GAMECHANGER for report building and standardization. SO MUCH time would be saved.   End Proctoring-

Queries as Exclusion ListAcknowledged

If Journey Orchestrator is moving towards allowing for Bionic Queries to be created outside of a Program, I'd like to request that BQ can also be used as an exclusion list. Every program I run, I have to include a dataset task that looks for anyone that already entered that program in the last 180 days, then merge it, then transformation task the results. Every. Program. It's really not intuitive to build exclusion criteria into a query. It's an extra step that would be much easier to solve for if I had a separate query 'Entered Progam in X days', and then select that list under exclusions (which is how any other email tool works).

Include Account or Relationship name in subject line of @mention emailsAcknowledged

Currently, @mentions result in the following subject line: "NAME mentioned you in an Activity" Gmail and other email clients put these messages together in a thread even though they are unrelated. Success Plan Active Date-Based Due DatesAcknowledged

Hi folks, I would love to see some functionality supporting the assignment of objective category templates and associated playbook dates being related to the Success Plan active date, rather than the date that the template was assigned (which in our case is when the SP is created, and the status is still in Draft). Our use case for this particular idea is related to Onboarding Success Plans.Since the launch date of the customer (i.e. the SP Active Date) can be several days after the SP creation date (typically the day after the new opp close date), it is quite tedious to manually change the objective due dates, or to suggest to the onboarding team to assign the template themselves, especially since some of the objectives and associated playbooks begin to take place prior to the launch date.

Stop automatically adding parenthesis to filter logic in report builderAcknowledged

Recently (possibly with the switch to HA reporting), the report builder has started automatically adding outside parenthesis to filter logic statements. This is unnecessary, and when I need to add specific subclauses I have to go in and clean it up.  Example: A AND B AND C is saved as (A AND B AND C) - the parenthesis don’t serve any purpose. I would like to add a D OR E subclause to the logic. So I put the new filters in place, and need to end up with A AND B AND C AND (D OR E). I’ve got to go clean up the automatically-added parenthesis, which never did anything anyway. It would be more convenient if those weren’t added in the first place.

Time of Task and Sync to Outlook CalendarAcknowledged

Our CSMs are requesting that Tasks have a due time (not just date) and that you are able to sync them with their outlook calendar.  If they tell a customer they will call them at 2pm, it would be nice if the Gainsight CTA that they set for themselves had a task with a time of 2pm that would show on their outlook calendar.

Ability to edit a program name once activeAcknowledged

This may not seem like a big deal but as we grow and revise our publishing standards, it would be so helpful to be able to edit the name of a program that is active. Yes, we can create a clone with the new name but we then lose the history of the participants.
