Need adjustable height in C360 Embedded report using visual force pageImplemented

Hi Team,  One of our customers is looking to adjust the height to 100 pixels. It appears we are supporting minimum height of 400 pixels in embeded reports. Modify global filters on screen rather than in a filter box.Under Consideration

Currently, applying filters is a clunky way to interact with dashboards and especially difficult if using text based values. I would like to design the filtering interface by dashboard to display applied filters and make it easier for users. I've pushed exec dashboards to a separate BI tools previously when GS dashboards didn't have global filters. (May still push to a BI tool). Say for example, we change our definitions/values for Tier within the same field or used a separate field previously, I'd like to map the

Object Graph resets when you expand the fields for an objectUnder Consideration

I'll start positively: The Object Graph is a great tool! I love it, and I especially love how you can drag objects around to improve things visually. Unfortunately, I just found out that once you expand the fields for an object, the Object Graph refreshes and resets itself, meaning I have to now re-drag things around how I had it before. {Posting on Behalf of the customer}- Ability to change the number of characters on the SFDC Milestone ObjectNot Planned

Hey Team,   The Comments Field on SFDC Milestone Objects only allows 4096 charecters. Would it be possible to increase this limit further up?   Use case: The customer wanted to check if this field can be made editable so that customer can choose between the length of the comment field to allow longer comments.

Enable 'Less is More' function when setting a scoreWorkaround Available

We are looking to set the score based on the average length of open projects. The rule set-up is looking at all open projects and averaging the # of days open. We would like to set the score based on the average number of days open. However, this currently sets the score to 'green' the higher the number. We would like the score to be 'red' the higher the number.

Resume Rule Chain Schedule After Inactive Rule Is Made ActiveNo Status

Posting on behalf of a customer. It is found that a rule chain schedule (not individual rule schedule) is paused, when a rule within the chain is made inactive. When the rule is made active again. The rule chain schedule remains paused until it is deleted and reset. To make it easier, may the rule chain schedule be auto resumed when the rule is made active again.

Specific "Milestones" created from specific CTAs log with specific Milestone Names in the C360 CustoWorkaround Available

Is there a way (without having to create Rules) to have specific "Milestones" created from specific CTAs log with specific Milestone Names in the C360 Customer History? E.G. For the "Auto CTA: Q3 2016 QBR" if a CSM marks it closed success clicks on the icon to log a Milestone, can it auto map to "Milestone" in the C360 Customer History instead of saying "Event Created"

Relative filters in reporting and data desginerUnder Consideration

Add relative filtering capability in data designer and reporting. An example: we were trying to run a report on MDA object that has customer and cases info. We wanted to count all tickets closed as of churn date so close date <= churn date which is not available today. There is only equal and not equal options available in data designer in the design step and not reporting step.

CTA's for Success plan in draft state.Acknowledged

Hi Team,Currently, if the success plan is in draft state and if we try to open a CTA from report or from notification link its throwing an error – “The CTA you are trying to access could not be found as it might be in draft state or deleted or due to a system error.”As the error message is not referring to Success plan but referring to CTA, can we change it to “The associated Success plan is in draft state, so the CTA you are trying to access could not be found” it will make the customers easily understandable.

Feedback from the customer: Timeline (Seismic)Implemented

Little clicks that could be better. Timeline entry, 3 dots > Share Link, a pop up, THEN click Copy – how about just a copy button for 1 click Exporting all timeline. I can copy individual entries (the spacing is too big, always drives me nuts, I have to edit after pasting), but to do all entries at once, there is no way. For instance, I want to filter to Milestone type, and copy out all of those to share with a senior leader or sales. Or all Risk items. Or all emails. Can’t do it.

Any plans to add Max Diff question types to surveys?

As the title states, our Product team is wanting to use Max Diff questions in an upcoming survey and I don't see it available as a question format (Surveys 2.0). Are there any plans to add this as an option? I'm looking into seeing if the ranking and/or matrix formats are possible workarounds, but my research into the value/benefits of Max Diff shows neither really get the same level of insight.

Mluti-select for Delete ActionNo Status

Right now, the only function supported by selecting multiple Programs or Templates is Move, I’d like to be able to Delete multiple items at once. It’s tedious having to delete one by one if there are 5, 10, 15 that are to be removed. Navigate to far right>Click>Delete>Navigate to Center>Confirm>Repeat - I can’t even confirm the Delete with the Enter key.

Display amounts in user's currency for the Mass Edit Scorecard visualization reportsResponse from Customer

Hi,We have an amount field with data type “currency” on our company object. The currency of that field may vary, some use EUR, USD, INR, CAD, SEK etc. When including this field in the “Mass Edit” report type the amounts are displayed in different currencies (the ones originally stored on the company) which makes it hard to compare, filter or sort.It would be helpful to be able to select a preferred currency, or use the currency of the logged in user to calculate the amounts to the same currency in the report. thanks!/David

Allow ability to regex filename for S3 uploadsNo Status

Currently, you are limited to 1 consistent file name for uploading files on a schedule. This presents a problem for backfilling historical data due to size limitations, along with ongoing uploads of daily data. Best practice would be to allow regex so you can keep the beginning of your filename the same along with _reporting_date.csv.   Thanks

Renewal Center - Report on Renewals by Opportunity TypeNo Status

Some feedback I’ve recieved as more of our people are using renewal center, is that they would like to see something in line with the FORECAST BY BOOKING TYPE report, but by Opportunity Type, rather than stage, so that they can easily see which opportunities are mid-term renewals, vs end-of-term, etc…   I believe we could build something similar in our own dashboard, but as we’d like to make Renewal Center the primary hub for details on Renewals, it would be great if something like that could be done here.

Preview results of Tasks are not shown for Horizon View of ConnectorsPlanned

Hi Team, Few customer are looking to preview the data in each task to understand, if the task is pulling the data correctly. The view doesn't let us preview any of the data, so it is hard to understand what is working and figure out where things are going wrong.I believe this request is already in our Pipeline. Allow User fields in CoPilotNo Status

I have been creating some great emails via Co-Pilot, but our Legal Department requires a specific signature from our CSMs for external emails.  It would be great if in the Power List creation, I was able to grab User fields specific to account owners, or CSMs.  I can do cross object lookups via SFDC email templates, but am running into limitations in CoPilot.  I can create fields on the Customer Info object for CSM phone number and CSM title that are formulas from the user object, but with SFDC audits I would prefer not to create fields for the sake of putting a signature in an email.  Any help is appreciated!

More fields on Scorecard Applies to criteriaAcknowledged

Hi,   One of our customers has a suggestion that under “Applies to” in Scorecards, only a few are available to use in criteria. So being able to use fields such as ARR, MRR, or other revenue/currency based value would be convenient as it being a common use case. Let me know of your thoughts.

Adding Fields to Email Raw EventsNo Status

The ability to add custom fields to the Email Logs report in analytics is very helpful. I also need similar manipulation with the Email Raw Events. Are there any plans to add the ability to edit there? I've tried adding this as a data space, but the Email Raw Events table doesn't seem to be visible.

Import / upload HTML and images for email templateUnder Consideration

I’m building my HTMl emails in a separate tool and would like to import / upload the HTMl + the associated images into JO.  Is there anyway to do this? Right now I can keep my HTML but manually upload every image (and adjust the img src) or have a 3rd party tool host my images.

Allow editing of picklist name when building a dropdown listUnder Consideration

This is a subtle thing, but would be a nice enhancement especially for admins who have to manage lots of dropdown lists in the MDA. Right now you can only edit a dropdown list name from this general menu. But it’s hard to know what values the dropdown list contains.      So you click into the dropdown list to see the values, but now you can’t edit the name of the overall dropdown list. It would be nice to be able to (a.) edit the dropdown list name when creating values, (b.) preview what the values actually are when on the menu of all the dropdown lists, or (c.) both.
