Currently, when you create a Task from a Timeline Activity you can specify the Task Owner but the CTA that is generated is assigned to the user that logged the Timeline Activity. What we would like is to be able to create a CTA with Tasks assigned to a specific user when logging Timeline Activity that is not the Current User. Our scenario is a manager may log a call with a customer and then want to have follow-up tasks for the CSM. Currently, the tasks are assigned to the CSM but the CTA is assigned to the manager. The CTA can be manually re-assigned but it would be preferred to be able to specify the CTA assignee at the time of creation.
Mobile login requirement >60 daysNot Planned
Hello, Currently, the mobile app requires re-login after 60 days of inactivity. I understand this is hardcoded into the app. I’d like to see if the product team is open to extending that window, as we have some infrequent users who’ve become frustrated with the login process (we are Okta SSO users).
Currently when trying to build a report on the Case Object and use the Case owner we are not allowed to use this in the filters. This is because the Case Owner is a user look up but also a queue. Right now we only support user look ups that id field is a reference to User / Account / CustomerInfo / SurveryQuestion object or GSRelationship object. We would like to have the ability to use this user look up in reporting with out have to create a seperate user look up.
Generate shared C360 in rulesNot Planned
I'm looking for a way to generate the shared link for C360. I'd like to generate the link in bionic rules and push the value to a field on the SFDC account. Is there a way to generate the shared links in mass or would I have to generate it one by one?
At the moment if you want to show milestones overlaid of a report in C360 you need to click three times. It is more likely that the user would want to see this than not, so better to default to it being on. This will add valuable insight and save time. CTA Task Sync to Salesforce comment formatNot Planned
I have been working with a customer on CTA Task Sync to Salesforce. We noticed that the task comments that are sync'd back have HTML tags in them. (see image) This would be better suited to be displayed without those tags as the users read these in SF. For greater usability of our dashboards, we want to hotlink the contact name to provide direct access to the contact entry form for full viewing or edit. While we are able to do this to link to the Salesforce contact view, we would prefer to provide access to the Gainsight contact information. We would like to be able to do this on reports built from the GS Relationship data space as well as MDA tables. None of this is unfortunately doable today, forcing our CSMs to do no less than 4 clicks each time they want to get there.
When you use a filter to view specific rules in the Rules List, the next scheduled rune does not show up. For example, I want to look at all Custom Rules that are Scheduled so that I can start converting them to Bionic Rules. However, when I apply a filter (shown in screenshot), I can't see when they are next scheduled for. I would want to use this to group rules together that run daily vs weekly vs monthly vs quarterly. Can we show the next scheduled run even when the rules list is filtered? Gainsight Sally support SMSNot Planned
To more broadly support mobile use cases, Sally should be able to be configured to work in SMS and other messaging apps. This would allow companies not in Slack to be able to quickly get account information on the go without digging into the full GS app on mobile or desktop.
Edit Summary view editableNot Planned

When pressing "Edit Summary" button in C360, it shows the standard Stage Picklist. This might make some confusion to our users, so I suggest to make this "Edit Summary" view editable. It would be great if one could add custom fields to show there or remove standard ones. It would be actually really great if one could add all of the fields from the Summary view and edit them if they are set editable. The only way at the moment to edit Summary view fields is to add them to another tab in C360 (which is Attributes in our case) and edit them in there.
Is there a reason we can't edit standard fields, particularly in the Company object? For example, renaming ARR is not possible, but it is in the Customer Info object of course. So my customer renamed it to Annual Account Value in Customer Info and wants to reflect that same naming convention in the Company object to avoid unnecessary confusion. Related List Actions and VisualforceNot Planned
Related Lists are a great way to see filtered data, for example, to see filtered Contacts that are important to CS and/or Sales. View and Edit buttons appear for these records as actions that can be taken, and the Edit button in particular sends them to a record edit page as though they had pressed the edit button on the salesforce record. What I'd love to do is point the Edit button to a Visualforce page that limits the record edit to the fields that are shown on the related list. I get that this would require us to develop the VF, but if I could point the action to custom VisualForce, it would be a dream come true. Salesforce allows you to do this on a standard or custom button but without changing it for everybody else in my org it would be the best if I could assign the visualforce page to the edit on that specific related list or associate it with that specific report even, in order to streamline the edit experience.
When applying a filter on the Global Timeline, it does not get applied to the attachments. CSM desired outcome is that when you filter the Timeline, the Attachements also get filtered. Is there a way that you know of to post an update to a specific chatter group upon creation of a specific CTA type? If there isn’t standard functionality for this can it be accomplished via email assist? What we want to do is have the chatter from a CTA posted to a specific Chatter Group that would be monitored by a group of people so they could be notified via said Chatter that a CTA got created, which would trigger them to review the CTA and take appropriate action. We understand we can post chatter from a CTA to the Account Chatter, but we want to know if we can post the Chatter to a separate Chatter Group rather than the Account Chatter.
Ability to filter for "null" in UI viewsNot Planned
I need to be able to create segmented lists (customer lists and scorecard views) based on certain criteria. To do this I need the ability to filter our where the value is null/not null, as I can in Reports 2.0. Currently I do not see the option to do this for UI views. Any ideas how I can achieve this?
Unable to pull the Data from Shipping & Billing Address fields of the Account object into Gainsight DirectlyNot Planned
Hi Team, We have an requirement from one of our client as they want to push the data of the Shipping & Billing Address fields of the Account object to Gainsight via Rules/Connectors in which currently we are not support this at the moment because Address filed in the SFDC is a combination of several fields which is returning as an object as per this Salesforce Doc https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.api.meta/api/compound_fields_address.htm. Can we have considered this into our roadmap, so that instead of loading multiple fields they can pull only one field and load the data into Gainsight.
Smartsheet enables CSM’s to email their customers directly with shared project dashboards/files/etc. When these emails are sent on behalf of the CSM’s Gmail account, quotation marks are surrounding the recipient’s email address. This prevents the Chrome plugin from recognizing the recipient on the Company Person object and leaves email timeline entries in the draft status. Would be a nice addition to have the feature be able to recognize these quotations and still be able to log these entries to the timeline!
We've started utilize the feature to email dashboards to stakeholders. However, we don't like how the notes section is just plain text. It would be FANTASTIC if we had rich text formatting capabilities in the notes section so the emails sent to stakeholders look a lot better. Right now we're just utilizing dashes and spaces to group the information we email to them.... I'm reaching a point with Cyberduck that I can no longer reliably load the MDA-Ingest/Archive folder without it slowing down Cyberduck by quite a bit. The Archive is fantastic because it allows me to see what exactly Gainsight ingested on a specific day, but if I can't get in there or search it efficiently, its value drops to zero. By sorting this into a year/month structure, it would allow a reasonable amount of files per folder to be easily reachable. It may even be worth it to include a day folder as well. Thanks for your consideration
