Integration of DataWorkaround Available
Hi Team, I've a client who is looking option of having a direct integration with customer? This mean having a new integration with as a partner in order to enable mutual customers to work with us and get from Gainsight their tracking coonversions. Best, Hardik
NPS Survey | In-Survey Dynamic Follow up ResponseWorkaround Available
Hi there! I’m not sure if this has already been posted or suggested, but I thought I would drop the idea here and see if it would be helpful or useful. We recently thought about switching from running our NPS Surveys from Delighted to Gainsight due to the automation available in Gainsight that Delighted doesn’t offer. Right now when we send a survey through Delighted it sends out to the customer via email, they open up the survey and they are able to respond with their rating 1-10. Once they respond, Delighted allows for us to present a page that is different depending on whether the response is a Promoter, Passive, or Detractor score. For example, if a customer leaves a 3, the next page they would see is, “We are sorry that you have had a poor experience…your satisfaction is our top priority...Please reach out to this email for additional help...”. If they were a promoter they would get a different page that would say, “We are happy to see you are satisfied with our product!”. We like
Would like to have the ability to send a email from a Program to a list of usersWorkaround Available
When sending emails through programs on Journey Orchestrator the recipient email must be a single user. I would like to have the chance to send it to multiple users, instead to have only a single recipient allow the recipient to be a list of users. And also allow to had recipients manually.In my case i have to send the same notification email to 5 different users and i believe that i will need to create five different programs for this. Scorecard Reporting - Ability to Drill down to view commentsWorkaround Available
Currently, when reporting on scorecard measures, you're able to see a summarized view with the overall score color and the individual measure colors in a table or graph view. My team would like to be able to click on one of the individual measures and see the comments to understand why that measure is that color - for example if the measure is "Usage" and the color is "Yellow" because "there are 50% active users" vs. "Green" because there are "100% active users", they would like to see this. It would be the same comments that are loaded on the Scorecard via rules and visible on the C360.
Rules Engine - Call to ActionWorkaround Available
I have a customer that is seeing a specific scenario when using the Call to Action (Action) in rules engine. They have an account that is sending two (or more) records to the action step. The way it currently works, if an account meets the criteria for Action 1, it will then use that first record and discard the rest for that account. In this case they want it to work as if the first record can create the CTA and then (comments set to always update) update the comments with the second record information per the setup. Right now it just sees the first record and moves on from there.
auto fill email/ names on internal/external section for timeline activitiesWorkaround Available
I got this from one of our CSMs: You know what would be cool? If Gainsight had the ability to scan the emails we put in, or the names, and auto-include them on the Internal/External section. For timeline activities. That would be really cool.
Ability to send single email to multiple contacts at one account through JO/OutreachesWorkaround Available
I'd love the ability to send a single email to multiple customer contacts through JO. Use case: a Welcome email needs to get sent to multiple contacts at the customer account to schedule a kickoff. Right now, each contact at that account will receive a different email asking to schedule time for the kickoff, which makes scheduling difficult. Additionally, the customer is then unaware of who else received the email. If there was an option to send a single email to all the contacts at an account like you can through Email Assist, that would be ideal!
Share hyperlinked resources in the success planWorkaround Available
Our users will often include hyperlinked resources for customers in their Success Plans. When the users go to share the customer’s plan the hyperlinks are stripped out. It would very helpful is the success plan share feature supported hyperlinks.
Exporting CSV files from report builder in different locale other than USWorkaround Available
Hi team, One customer requested for exporting CSV files in user locale. Currently we are exporting the CSV file based on US locale. However, if the user is using different locale, for example shown in google sheets the data exported would look totally different deviating from the expected export data:Please consider this enhancement to provide the user to chose or select different locales for exporting the data from gainsight.
NPS Survey Question should have an option to show only three options such as Not at all likely, Neutral, Extremely likelyWorkaround Available
Hi Team, One of customer is looking to have the NPS Survey Question with three options such as Not at all likely, Neutral, Extremely likely with the smileys instead of having the 11 number as an option. So once they selct and save the survey with any option as an response they should be able to see those responses as an Detractors, Passives, and Promoters Responses.
Master Email templatesWorkaround Available
How can i raise a feature request to add on to emails a master email template? for example, i want to create my own format of a template and then apply it to other emails i wish to create. if it’s an HTML template for example. keep a master format and then work from it (blank with just the formatting) to add the text we want.
Remove the limit of the record count to enable inline search in text area of Customer Tabs in C360Workaround Available
Issue : The Customer's tab "XXXXXXXX" contains more than 500 records. That is the reason the search option for the text area is disabled. Workaround : If you add advanced filter and the record count comes below 500 you will have the inline search option for those text area. For more information please follow the below document. https://support.gainsight.com/Reports_and_Dashboards/User_Guides/Customers_Tab%3A_Your_Book_of_Busines Customer's request : Rather than using Advanced filter, remove the limit of record count in Custom Tabs so that the inline search in text area is enabled.
