Improve size of Success Criteria section in Objective CTAs

The Success Criteria section of the Success Plan Objective CTA is a key field utilized by our CSMs. However, trying to add, edit, and view this text in the UI is cumbersome for the CSMs. They end up typing up what they need and copying and pasting into the field. And, there is no ability to apply formatting. They have to export and adjust to make sure it is presentable to the customer. The view is exactly the same when sharing the success plan. Is there a way to the view for the text in this field of similar size/functionality Description section of the Success Plan?
