We have received feedback from CSMs that the new Horizon Timeline experience compresses notes too much, in a way that makes it more difficult to see when on a call with a customer.
It would be great to have CSMs be able to set the compression on timeline. If they had an option to see all notes at one time like the other timeline, or to compress like the new experience, that would help address this.
We are making the change to auto-expand notes as the user types. This change will be available by Jan end/ early Feb.
We feel that expanding all the posts together will impact readability but I get your point. We will consider it based on the number of customers asking for it.
