Having multiple CRMs for one Gainsight NXT instance?

We currently have multiple Salesforce instances, as well as multiple Gainsight NXT instances. As we continue to cross sell and expand, we are in the need to bring all of customer information to one centralized place. Currently, our CSMs need to have access to each CRM and Gainsight NXT instance to look up what services/products each customer has, which can be time consuming. Unfortunately, we do not have any immediate plans to merge the Salesforce instances, as this would be a huge project that is not currently in our roadmap. It would help us out a lot if there was a way to connect 2 of our Salesforce instances to one Gainsight NXT instance. That way we can leverage Relationships and our customer information would be more centralized for our CSMs, making Gainsight a more useful tool for our teams.  

Hey @ramos.vonage, thanks for your post. I must say this was quite a detailed observation and great suggestion for the CSMs to make their jobs less time consuming. Rightly pointed out this does seem like a project that needs deeper thought to add to our roadmap, however, we will have one of our Product Managers look into this and get back to you.

@Ritesh Sharma  Is there any update on this idea?  We have the same use case, two different SFDC instances (Sales and Services) and the widget is only on the Services side.  This would be enormously beneficial to drive adoption of Gainsight with the Sales team, and facilitate better collaboration between the teams.  Thanks!
