We are creating a JO outreach that fires to our CSMs each week when CTAs are overdue. However, if a CSM has four overdue CTA's, we don't want to overflow their inbox with 4 emails. We'd like a mechanism to allow us to bundle the overdue CTA information into one email to the CSM where the four CTAs are listed.

The way I would see that going out is having a report that can be sent inline from JO. Right now the feature filters out the report by the each account Id which should be enhanced to support without the filter.
We also would want to send reports (such as click counts on emails we send through JO) to our csms but not base it off of accounts - so for example, instead of sending one email per account, we'd send one email per csm with the report that contains information about multiple accounts.
Optionally you can filter by user if required to filter accounts that each CSM would handle.
