First, it would be great if the features object was "report enabled" by default.
Second, it would be very helpful to quickly analyze what features (updated in C360) customers are using by segments, industry, healthscore and other customer attributes stored in GS.
Ideally, these reports would be built in dashboards in Gainsight (much like the Cockpit leaderboard). However, it would be great if we could answer these business questions by quickly building graphs using Report 2.0.

Hi Daria- The feature has been shipped. Please use the fields "Feature" and "Product" in "Customer features" object to create reports.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Hi Sumesh - Just checking on a status of this functionality. We are eager to report off of features and set up dashboard views based on the information. Thanks!!
Hi Daria,
You will be able to export tabular and graphical reports created on "Customer features" object. However, you will not be able to export the drill down details at this point in time.
Thanks,
Sumesh

Hi Irit,
We will provide two new fields - one for feature name and one for product name- in "Customer features" object . Using these fields, you could create reports in repots 2.0 just like any other object in Gainsight.
Thanks,
Sumesh

Will we have the ability to export these types of reports to excel? It would be helpful to be able to export the drill down details from the dashboards created using Reports 2.0. Thanks!
Would that include adding calculated fields to show the product name and feature name in the customer object? Thanks, Irit
