Email notifications should include source system

When you have more than one Gainsight environment (i.e. QA/Prod) it's important that failure notifications identify from which environment they came.

Gainsight Connect and S3 Data load success/failure emails don't indicate from where they originated, so if something failed I have to go look at both environments to figure it out.
