Display field level help text from Salesforce

It would save our users time if they could see any corresponding field-level Help text that exists in Salesforce, in Gainsight as well, e.g. report column headers need further description. Today users have to click the "eye" to open up the full record in Salesforce, find the Help text (?) there, then navigate back to Salesforce.
Makes a ton of sense, Blynn. The only thing to figure out is how exactly we expose these in a tabular report; relatively simpler to display in the Attributes section, for example. Will work on some options, but if you have any specific thoughts/ideas, please do share!

Thanks!
+1 on this request and hope it is in the works! This functionality would be extremely helpful to add context to fields in Gainsight, especially as we hire new CSMs or add new fields to Gainsight.

I quite like the Salesforce solution where hovering over the "?" brings up the Help text for that attribute. Happy to discuss more in-depth!
Where is this at? We have been diligent about adding help text to new fields but out CSM/E's do not have visibility into the help text within Gainsight.

Did this ever get implemented?

Hello @andrew_cummins, this hasn’t ben implemented yet in SFDC edition. We are evaluating the idea to show the help text for fields in the Attributes section of C&R360s. I will get back to you with an update soon.

@samantha_braastad, @katie_rovelstad, @andrew_cummins and @blynn_buckley sorry for the delay response here! The good news is that, this is implemented in last release. Here is the document for it. Thanks all!!

Thank you! is there a way to add help text to added fields on an MDA object to display in a timeline entry?
