When using the search feature for customers in GS we would like to be able to add a filter to show only 'Active' customers.

I think the ability to add custom filters in general to the customer/relationship search box would be a great addition.
I see a couple use cases for this. You can filter to active customers or you can filter down to only accounts a CSM owns.
In addition to this I would also think giving the ability to have certain filters apply to certain profiles. So, if you are a manager you can see everything. But, if you are a user you can only see your accounts.
