Customer contact search in GS

We can only search for customer name to find out a customer ? We tried contact name and only if its a primary contact its listing in the search. Is there a way we can search for other contacts in SFDC and also search by email, phone number etc?

Hi @alerapozeiras the search bar at the top of the Gainsight header is for searching Customers or Relationships. It does not support searching by Person (contact) yet. Though we are planning to introduce a Person 360 page construct and once that’s available, then we’ll most likely extend searching to include by Person details.
