When a tenant is moved to hybrid, the Gainsight package is uninstalled and all existing data from jbcxm objects moved to NXT objects. In the rules, we are hiding all jbcxm objects but we are able to build a report on these objects (example: Call to Action, Customer Info) on hybrid org, user requested if the JBCXM objects can be hide from report builder as well.
This has been discussed internally and has been considered as an enhancement request.
