Cross-Client Milestone

It would be great if there a way to drop a multi-client milestone. For example, if we release a significant new feature and want to track adoption changes after that point, it would be helpful to assign it to all clients in bulk.

You could write a rule with the action to to create a milestone for multiple customers (instead of scheduling the rule, you could just run it manually). Use criteria like Customer Status = Active if you are going to apply to all customers. You can use another filter is appropriate to create in bulk for a subset of your customers (Check Apply to Gainsight customers)
