Company Intelligence Section in SFDC Widget

Hi team, posting an enhancement request that will likely be required for many view only users leveraging company intelligence. It would be ideal if view only users could still access Company Intelligence within the SFDC Account/Opportunity widget. We discussed during our monthly SME call, but wanted to share broadly here as well as this will be a big use case for view only teams:

Hello Everyone!

Happy to announce that your request has been considered and included as part of the v6.21 release. Company Intelligence is now available in the Gainsight Account, Case, and Opportunity Widget sections on the Account, Case, and Opportunity pages respectively for individual companies. The advantage of having a Company Intelligence widget on these pages is that it helps sales teams in closing new deals or up-sell and cross-sell existing customers by following the posts.

To use Company Intelligence in the above widgets, Account Widget and Opportunity widget checkboxes must be enabled under the Company Intelligence section in the Administration > C360 Layouts page.

This feature is only applicable to the SFDC version.
