Comments on CTAs

We have the ability to post comments on a CTA upon creation. However, since we enabled Chatter for the C360, the comments show up in hashtag format. It would be great if we could have the ability to decide when we want it to post in hashtag or regular format. Right now it makes it very hard to read a sentence comment from a CSM when it is in hashtag format.

If you have CTA chatter set at Account or Customer level then the following tags are added while making a chatter post - #Gainsight-Cockpit and #CTA_Name. Rest of the comment would not be in a hashtag format unless they are manually converted to hashtags.
Could you share more examples of where it was hard to read a comment.
