Prospect recently requested the ability to manually send an email template from the C360 page versus a CTA.

Use case example. The customer is on the phone and request documentation regarding a new feature. Rather than having to write an email and reference support docs, it would be ideal to reference the Co-Pilot repository and send directly from the C360 Timeline.

Hi Brent,

The above-stated issue can be resolved with Email Assist.

If you have a playbook with an email assist task then you would be able to create this from within a cockpit section in C360 and then use that to send the email out.

We will think about ways in which we can allow sending manual email even more seamlessly.

Where this is different than email assist, is the customer does not always want an associated playbook in order to send a templatized email.

To elaborate a little more from my previous example. The customer is on the phone and request documentation regarding a new feature (no CTA exists and they do not want to create one and associate a playbook that contains an email assist task). Rather, they would prefer to just open all email assist task and manually trigger using one button.
