Hi Team,
Can we un-check "Add Reply-To in Bcc" in Email assist for customers on their request as they do not want to do manually every time.
Thanks & Regards,

If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
Don't worry if your email address has since changed, or you can't remember your login, just let us know at community@gainsight.com and we'll help you get started from where you left.
Else, please continue with the registration below.
Enter your username or e-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
This would be a fantastic change
I originally requested this change because we answer emails in a separate inbox management system.
There are two ways to automatically BCC email addresses in Gainsight:
1. Via the Email Configuration menu (which sends emails to our team email address)
2. Via Email Assist, through the ‘Add Reply-to in Bcc’ option
Customers like us who use a different inbox management solution don’t need to add the CSM/CSA in bcc because a copy of that email is automatically tracked in our 3rd party inbox solution. Given the volume of emails sent via Email Assist on a regular basis (at least 10 per day) it is both unsustainable and error-prone to leave this setting checked by default. We would much prefer to control this setting from the Email Configuration menu as well.
Hello All,
We are consolidating all the email related requests, and we will soon update about the availability.
Hello, is this option not available yet?
