is there an update on timing for this enhancement? My internal customers have a heavy business need for this JIRA data to be brought into Gainsight
To add to this conversation, I have a client that leverages the standard Jira field “Labels” to associate product requests and bugs tracked in Jira to multiple companies. This is the only account connection with the Jira tickets. Because the Label field is a multi-picklist data type, we are unable to utilize this data in their Gainsight instance. This is data they really wanted to have brought in to enable the tracking of Customer Health and establishing CTAs. No one in sales shared that there would be limitation to what could be brought in with Jira, only that Gainsight has a Jira connector and that data could be brought into Gainsight. Making these types of fields available would be a huge win for Gainsight’s clients.
