Can we get a notification/alert when a scheduled program did not work as expected.

This would help customer to look for an alternate option.

I completely agree. This is one of the top priorities for us.


Having this feature would be extremely useful.


Our company sends out a weekly email to all of our partners with updates about their accounts. This program was failing for weeks because of an error with a linked report, but I didn’t catch it until one of our partners notified me about it.

 

Notifications on JO programs would be extremely helpful in use cases like this where I am expecting a program to send out emails every week and then no participants get pulled in.
