Can we add the ability to create CTAs from Slack gainsight_sally
None
We use the Gainsight_Sally slack bot very heavily, and it encourages Gainsight engagement from cross-functional business partners. It would be great if they could raise a CTA from Slack's gainsight bot and attach a playbook. This will streamline interactions where folks want to engage a CSM/customer for non-CSM outreach projects.
For example:
Our UI team wants to reach out to a handful of customers to engage them in a round-table discussion. We could create a playbook for this engagement including email templates and track the progress using a CTA + tasks.

This is something we have in our mind, but is not in our short/mid term roadmap. There are not enough asks from customers regarding this. Will let you know when we do pick this up.

Hello Everyone!
Happy to announce that your request has been considered and included as part of the v6.21 release (SFDC / NXT). Sally in Slack now allows the users to create a CTA or post to Timeline, without logging-in to the Gainsight application.
Note: Admins must reauthorize the slack instance in Gainsight if the customers have to use this feature.
This feature is implemented in both SFDC & NXT versions.
IMPORTANT: This enhancement will be available for customers from mid-February after receiving formal approvals from Slack.
Thanks for posting!
