Bulk update success plan as active

Hi Team,


We have a customer who is looking to bulk update the success plan by making them as Status as “Active”. Currently we don't have this feature in gainsight. 


Reason: We are unable to close the relationship level CTA's via rule because they are part of a success plans which weren’t active. When the success plan isn't active, corresponding CTA's also wouldn't be active. The rule was showing zero fail and zero pass. 


Impact: We need to go to each success plan and make them active manually.

Hi @hardik_mota :

Thanks for sharing this. We have this on our roadmap to give more actions via the Mass Edit for success plans. Today you can only delete & reassign owners. Will keep you updated as and when we make any progress on this
