Currently, it is great to be able to use Slack to create a CTA, but is it in the roadmap to be able to add Playbooks via Slack?
This would be a great feature enhancement to have this available.

It would be more useful to be able to apply a Playbook at the time of creation of a CTA in Slack. As it stands now, creating a CTA from Slack just applies the Type/Name/Company/Assignee. Not having a Playbook on the CTA when is created means that the user will have to navigate back to Gainsight, find the CTA and add a Playbook - something easy to forget and has numerous clicks to reach the end result.
