Allow for CSM to give a thumbs up or thumbs down to rate effectiveness of CTA

As a CSM, I want to be able to provide feedback within the application on a CTA or experimental CTA so that the CS Ops team can take that feedback into account when developing or revising a CTA.
Big thumbs up on this suggestion! Also be great to have that at Playbook level.
Thanks a lot for sharing this Denise. I had a couple of questions on this:





How would the admin define what are the CTA's for which they want to collect feedback? Would it be based on CTA type (i.e I've added a new CTA type & want to collect feedback only for this) Or would they want to collect feedback on all CTA's for a fixed time period (when they want to revise their CTA's)? Or do they want this to be open/available always to the CSM 


Al,so does this apply only to automated CTA's / or manual ones as well? (eg. provide feedback on the reasons available for a particular CTA type?)


Does the feedback they want to collect also consist of any qualitative feedback? Another thing does this only apply to CTAs or do they want this in other areas of the product as well?
