Survey Participant Object When Sending From Copilot

We've noticed that when sending a survey out via pilot we are running into two issues. 



1- Survey Participant records is not being created until the user submits the actual survey. Customer is wanting to report off Survey participant object and would prefer the survey participant records to be created for everyone that gets the survey. 



2- Also, when the user submits the survey... we do not fill out the "email sent date" and "email open date" because that information is being pushed into the Email Logs object. Customer is requesting that we also push those dates into the survey participant object for reporting purposes.

Hi,



The Survey Participant record is actually created when the survey link is opened by the recipient. 



In the new revamp of the Survey module, we are addressing both the issues mentioned here -



a. Create Survey Participant entry when the email is sent. This will also help in scenarios to also help the CSM to take the link distributed via co pilot  where email was sent but bounced or the email was blocked by the end user.



b. We will also add the fields and populate Email Sent Date and Email Open date in Survey Participant.
