I’d like to see a completely custom option for Journey Orchestrator program from start to finish. While the available templates are helpful, they don’t allow much flexibility if your desired journey flows differently. I suggest a truly customized journey to where all of the current options are available but not confined to just email programs or just survey programs.

I agree. That would be helpful and would make building journeys easier.
I think one area where this idea would really help is for surveys. I had a customer yesterday that had a renewal workflow where they contact customers 120 days out, then 90 days out, 60, and finally, 30. Ideally, they would be able to accomplish this all in one program.
The problem is that they send a renewal survey at each step, so instead of being able to set this up in one program, they have to split it up into four separate programs due to how our survey program is setup right now.
