Hi All,
To would be good to give the CSMs the flexibility to add their own phone numbers in the my profile - for now the CSMs inform me(the admin ) and I make the changes in user management - as CSMs do not have access to this .
Any ideas/insights would be helpful here .

I would also love to see this. My use case would be for a OOO Boolean field. Then I could trigger a process based off that.
Upvoting for the same use case as John. This would open a whole range of accuracy when informing about SLAs to other Teams as well when a CSM is on PTO.
