It would be great if we had the capability for bi-directional activity sync from Dynamics into Gainsight and Vice Versa,

 

This is a near universal request for all customers being onboarded with Microsoft as their CRM

@mark_deegan ,  this feature is not currently planned in near term roadmap. But this something which we definitely want to build. Will keep you posted as soon as we have it planned. Meanwhile, the more the number of votes on this request the easier it will be for us to prioritise
